My name is Joshua.
I've done P.E. for 3 years with little gains, but now with DLD motivating me and supporting my journey, I finally feel like the gains are on their way.

I have a LOT of spare time, so I'm doing more than my designed routine, and by that I mean after the stretching and 5X5X3 sets. Lots of random SSJ's, Squeezes & Edging.

EG: 5.15"-5.23" (DEFINITELY bigger when aroused with my girlfriend. I'd say closer to 5.25" but I can't be sure.)

I’m so happy that you started the progress and routines thread. This is the best way for us to help you with any issues you may have and to help keep you motivated. Be as precise as you can and explain every detail as far as your work out, measurements, size changes and other info so we can get a full picture of what is and isn’t working. I’m pretty sure the routine I gave you is gonna work very well LOL
 
Absolutely! I've not been this motivated to do PE since I first started.

I'm about to head into the bathtub for another 5x5x3 set!
I've been doing a lot of work.. Less downtime = quicker I'll get that girth increase!

I do wonder if I'll see length increase before girth though.

Omg hahahaha

You’ll find me doing it constantly when you start to pay attention to everything I post. Left is right, up is down, insides out is outside in. Very difficult to deal with but it does sometimes bring humor. At the same time it’s a bit embarrassing. ?

After my stretching, I went to use the bathroom, during using the restroom, I kegeled & my PC muscles began to cramp pretty badly.
Ever hear of this or know why that happened?

I'm going to do this routine every day I can, occasionally taking days off if I'm just not feeling it at all that day. (Or maybe just pick a day to always have as an off day)

Try to work that day off into a schedule. Are usually take Sundays off.

You’re doing such a good job Joshua! I’m so glad you’re sticking to the routine and keeping your inspiration up. You’re very motivated and organized and I see you making great growth.

Girlfriend seems excited to try it, hopefully, I can replicate this expansion next time she and I can be together.

Well, any and all size difference so far is just temporary size from the 5x5x3 sets.

We had sex once without my c-ring on (still had some leftover temp. expansion) & when I pulled out after I finished she said "You felt really big pulling out that time" & I said "I wasn't even wearing my ring!" and she said "I know."

So, yeah she notices some difference.. & I used 6'' girth on her yesterday with hopes she'd not be able to handle it, just to give my brain some assurance but.. She was able to lol, so I kinda put my foot in my own mouth there.

She said there was some pain but it was bearable & that she wouldn't want me that size as an everyday thing, but I can do it from time to time if I want.

I don't think it'd a good move that I constantly have sex with her using an expanded size, she'll become used to that size and not enjoy my regular size. (or maybe not.. I don't know..) What do you think?

Did 1 hour of very light tension extending just for elongated healing
now I'm doing an hour (start 3:48) of high tension extending. (Will end 4:48PM)

Current total hours: 10
After current session: 11 (minus 10 minutes, wear became uncomfortable)

I can't say any length change has happened.
Maybe my own perception of my size has shifted slightly and I FEEL bigger, but I haven't measured (as I want to stay away from the ruler as much as I can except BPFSL and EG measurements)

But the other night, we were watching Netflix & she was just holding it in her hand and kept saying stuff like "It's so big! I really love your dick" "It's so thick" etc.
I mean, she knows I struggle with being insecure, so I'm sure some of this was just her saying the right stuff, but she is so sweet to do that for me.

I noticed I have that "steel cord" thing people talk about. I assume that's a part of every mans penis.. but is this something I need to consider for future gaining?

Also, with me pumping to 6'' girth, I definitely have fluid build-up, is that going to be negative on my gains?

Don’t worry about the steel cord deal it happens to all of us and it’s just the body’s reaction to the exercise you’re doing and it will eventually disappear. You may also notice a hard flaccid penis at times due to fatigue and exercise. So don’t let it worry you continue with the plan
