Haven't been stretching cause I hurt the muscle on the left side of my penis near the base. I think I over did it.
 
Great! I'm not certain if it's better than SSJ's and squeezes, but it's way easier on my hands.
having a clamp on each part of my penis theoretically seems like it'd be causing more intense expansion.

But don’t sleep on making those hands stronger! The SSJ is a very powerful girth exercise and it will strengthen your hands as you grow and practice the exercise

Notes:

Super cool. I love the wrapping!

I realized that my pain in the left side base of my penis/groin area likely came from bundled stretching, so I may remove those for a bit while I let it heal.

Took two days off, didn't have time to PE Christmas, and my girlfriend didn't work the day after Christmas so we spent the day together.

We tried having sex but as soon as I tried taking her shirt off I saw her getting naked for the guy she slept with before we committed and it killed my mood. It's not even really digging up the past.. She slept with this guy while her and I were seeing each other.
I left to perform at a festival out of town. I told her "I'm only kissing you" she said the same, and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about saying she "knew everybody at the party"..

Then she fucked this guy.

Her friends text her inviting her to parties and then they tell her he's there, so she then says she won't go, then her friends get angry and think I'm being controlling.

It's a mess. I feel inevitably her friends will influence her enough so that she goes to a party behind my back and he's there and then when I find out I'll leave her.

It's so fucking sad. This would've been so fucking perfect.

The biggest thing I learned through this nightmare was to let it go and forget about it. If it bothers you to the point that you believe she’s going to be unfaithful than I would rethink options. I have accepted that this war is in my own head, it's my own battle, as she's more than made up for her mistake.. Insecurity just wrecks my ability to let go. It's truly unfortunate. But here I am, working on it day by day.

Throw every measuring device you have into the trash. That’s what I had to do to break the obsession. Games come so much easier and quicker when we’re not checking every two minutes it’s like watching paint dry on the wall.

If you want to make a change you have to be willing to put the time and effort in.

As of right now, I think I've cemented 5.35'' girth, which is .15'' gain in a pretty short amount of time.
The length, if I'm erect and I slightly pull on my penis I reach that 7.24'', but I don't think it's quite a usable size yet. (YET)!

Super excited nonetheless.. I also found a way to apply more pressure with my bathmate just by the angle I press it to my body. So that's awesome and allowing me to nearly reach the 7'' mark in the bathmate instead of the 6.5 at max.

You SRT routine is killer, I adjusted it slightly to my needs, like 15 seconds more stretching to make up for any re-gripping or slips, and adding 3 or so minutes per bathmate session to my 5x5x3 (5x8x3). But I also get a very good result of temporary gains afterwards, and I'm looking forward to gaining permanently so I can get something crazy like 6.5'' temporary girth just for fun.

I truly didn't want to P.E. today, but I pushed through.. I got together with my girlfriend earlier and we had sex, maybe that took the desire to P.E. out of me, but I did it! Decided to give it a rest day.
I over did it on the 9th with too much pressure pumping, had a pretty bad edema rind on the bottom side of my penis.

My girlfriend and I tried to have sex yesterday and had to stop the second I pushed into her, she was super sore from our last time having sex.

This is from a size still under my goal.. I enjoy having sex with her but I'm also not interested in causing her pain.
I want to feel confident but not at the cost of comfort for my partner/love.

She expressed that I have a big penis ect. and was boosting me up, I told her I wanted to have the perfect size for her.
She said "Your size is already perfect, I just want you to get what you want so that you feel confident".

Anyways, this wasn't my reasoning for not doing girth work tonight, I've just really been doing a number on my friend down there via masturbation (oops) & I want to take some stress off him for tonight/maybe Tuesday. I bruised pretty badly after my last 5x8x3 session and I'm wondering if that means I should reduce it to 5x7x3 and see what happens.

The skin at the base of my penis on the underside, right where my balls start has been irritated and itchy, I suspect from the suction and stretching.

@DLD, will cortisone creme help with this?

What a great problem you have, your wife complaining that you’re too big! You must feel great! Yes Hydrocortisone Is exactly the cream you want to use when you have irritation, itching and redness. After one application you’ll see exactly why I suggested it.

March is coming quick.. I decided not to measure my length or girth until that point from now on.
@DLD does that dull pain during pumping/SSJ's means fatigue? Should I let it rest or ride the fatigue? Sometimes it almost hurts enough to lessen the pressure of my bathmate.
