How will I know when I should add intensity?After 90 days you should definitely see results. Keep doing what you’re doing and add intensity as you can and your gains will come steady.

I wanted to take today off but I just can't LMAO, I have too much spare time and it feels wasteful not doing P.E.
At least extender work is rather light..I can relate when I have a pocket of time that’s doing nothing I try to fill it with something that’s going to help me grow.

Yes! You should be at or above your pre-exercised size with any girth routine. At at least a quarter of an inch and some get beyond 1 inch of temporary expansion. So this may be a sign that you need to increase vacuum, time or even exercise relationatorial value between exercise.
With girth the goal should always be to see expansion above your biggest normal size. If you’re not seeing this you’re either suffering from fatigue or maybe have not cemented that size.
This should not discourage you, it should make you work harder to make these gains stick. This is done with consistency, tenacity, determination and most of all a sense of humor when things do not work out. This is not a walk around the block or even a marathon, this is a dedication to the rest of your life so there is no rush. If you follow these techniques you will get what you came here for. My hope is that you get more than that out of your stay here.
Well, I'm getting above my 5.2'' MEG always, I'm always at least 5.5''-5.75" after I finish my 5X5X3 stuff.
But I'm not quite getting that 6" MEG anymore.
I guess that's okay, was just cool to feel and look at though.
