Pumping without silicap

My silicap started to tear but is still usable for hopefully another day or two(not to worry! Already ordered another), but I’m wondering what i should know about pumping with only the sleeve on, no cap? Presumably take it easy and don’t shoot straight up to my normal pressures?

You may notice some fluid retention in the glans. Not the end of the world. I use to pump raw as well.

Taking it easier is a good step. But as Lightning stated, some fluid retention can occur which isn't the end of the world.
Remember, pumping goes way back and the Silisleeve / Silicap solution is relatively new, although condom pumping has been around for a good while. The sleeves and cap make it much more economical though.

I actually pump quite often with just the sleeve, without the cap. Somewhat of a personal preference I think, I've pumped with the Silicap on and it can help, but sometimes (read: too often) I just feel lazy.

It's always wise to build up the pressure, not straight away pump to a max, be it without sleeves / cap, a gradual increase in force often works best.

Its fine to pump without the cap, go for it. You can order another cap, while it comes pump unaided but remember to keep a good erection at all times, dont use excessive pressure to avoid FR.

If your pumping more to pack the tube, for length, then you may see more fluid, as the vacuum tends to focus directly onto the head (mechanics as the shaft has filled it out width ways), and can increase fluid.

You should be able to pump with those sleeves or cap on.
