Hello dear friends,

First of all i pray for your well being, health and happiness

I would like your opinion on this workout that im currently following, that is focused on length only, also how can i upgrade this workout to shock the tissue for more growth, i believe i adapt very fast and aslo gain very fast, this workout yielded 0,5 cm of temporary gains and now i feel like im stalling.


Heat for few mins
Newbie Manual stretches for warm up
BS warm up with LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging

DBS with LM 4 sets 20 mins total
Expressive Manual DS ~15 minutes

Newbie Manual stretches for warm down

Onto my Silitretcher for at least 7 hours

In this workout im stretching dynamically light medium hard light

Onto my Silitretcher for at least 7 hours
Since you're starting the PE back up and pursuing an intermediate aggressive approach, it looks great.

Wow..you're taking it to the next level. If you're pursuing fast growth using moderate to high traction tension, this will do a number on your penis. If it's light to moderate, it will trigger growth and the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger will help with the rest.

Good approach to get very fast gain. But do observe for possible tug back effects when as your penis may be telling you, "Hey, going a bit too hard before I'm ready aren't you?"

Thanks brother, so far i started Stretched falccid
at 18 cm and today post workout i measured 20,5cm.
And i actually did a mistake its not downward stretches its behind the cheeks stretches and i do use moderate - high traction for the first 4 minutes of each set , and in the last i pull very hard.
Taking your advice of observing tug back effects i can see a tug back after taking off the silistretcher, i dynamically change the tension and i believe i went over, i should keep between 1,5 to 2 lbs traction force.

That would be my goal actually to grow 2in, My partner would be on cloud 9 with such a lentgh.
