Working on girth and length (lengthwork with extender)

Salute brothers.
I am in PE for 10 months now. Initial measurements were 6.7" NBP length x 5.3 girth.
I never did manual stretching or jelquing, I was only using a rod extender for 6 hours, 5 on 2 off. My gains so far are 0.8" in NBP length, from 6.7 to 7.5".
I have recently upgraded my routine, starting with 5 min bundled stretches (2 turns, 720 degrees, then 10 min __________ stretches, followed by 4 hours extending, for length.
In the afternoon I added now my girth routine, 5 min bundled stretches followed by the notorious Girth program (SRT 5x5x3), then I wear a ring for 2-4 hours. 5 days on 2 off.
After girth work, I get a temporary expansion of about 0.4".

I am absolutely disciplined. What girth gains should I expect in the next 6 months? Would 0.5 in be a realistic short term goal?
Is 1 in girth gains realistic within the next 1 year?

As for length, I would surely like 8 in, how long should it take to reach there?

No one can tell you how fast you can gain. It's up to you brother. But I have been told that theses are the common progression.
3 months length 0.25"-0.5 "
6 months length 0.75"-1"
1 year length 1"-2"
3 months girth 0.25"
6 months girth 0.5"
1 year girth 0.75"-1"

Note this is incremental and the measurements for each month or year.
But don't limit yourself to this layed out progression. Do your own thing and see what's possible.

It took me 10 months, 1.000 hours. I was wearing the extender 6 hours per day, a very few times even 8 hours, 5 days a week. With 1 min breaks every 30 min. At some point I took a 1 month break, at another point I had a break for 1 or 2 weeks.
Flaccid is significantly longer, maybe 1". No gains in girth.
There are 3 traction force indications on the metal rods. First I was at the lowest traction force 900 gr, which I increased gradually to the second indicator at 1.200 gr.

Btw glad to hear you took a 1 min break every thirty mins as I in the beginning of the day, and for the first 3-4 hours, can wear it for 40- 70 mins straight without a break. After that I have to remove it every thirty minutes. So glad to see you still gained despite shorter sets of extending.

6-7 hours is a very good wearing time according to the manual. As for the force, studies on extenders used a starting force of 600 gr and reached up to 1200 gr, with very good results. If you are able to wear the device for so long, at such a high force, this seems even better to me. I beleive it is almost impossible not to gain with an extender if you use it correctly.

Thank you for writing and sharing your story brother. Really inspiring, and makes me even more motivated and sure I’ll reach my dream length by wearing an extender.

I will reach 400 hours in about a weeks time and will measure again then, so it’ll have taken right under 3 months by that time.

I will also go for at least 2000 hours, unless I should reach my dream length before that. Time will tell how that goes.
Really hope the high traction does it’s job and gives me quicker gains as it already seems to be doing.

I've been thinking about extending for some time too now.. manual work is so time consuming for me and its difficult to find the time to be alone to do so. So I'm hoping an extender will allow me to put in the time while carrying on with my daily routine.

This brings me to my question of, how are you able to wear the extender for so long? Are you able to wear it and go about your daily life? Is it visible in your pants? I wear cargo trousers at work and my job includes walking around alot..Will I be able to wear it throughout the day?

Nowadays we've found that one doesn't have to wear an extender for so long if they use high tension rather than low to moderate tension. I only use mine 1 hour to sometimes 2 hours per day and have been gaining from doing so.

Find an extender that allows for high tension stretching or use a weight hanger with interval hanging for 1 hour and you'll make gains.

It's a difference between extending (high tension) and keeping your penis elongated (low tension) to cement the lengthgains.

An extender can be used for both tasks.
You can also define extending (high tension) as active stretching, while "just" keeping your penis elongated as passive penis enlargement work.

Maybe using large clotes and large underwear will help you.

I've been extending/hanging for 1-2hrs since July of last year and while I do not measure I can confidently say that I have gain noticeable length from the stretch mark visib;e on my shaft as well as my glans sticking out more from my hand when erect.
 
Yeah @DLD at home it is better without underwear it is more confortble.
