I live on the South Side of Chicago and have no way to buy things online, so where are they offline?
Where do they sell pumps?

You can make your own by going to PetsMart and buying an aquarium gravel tube with your correct dimensions and adding your own male coupler fittings for vacuum pumps such as MityVac. I think it's about $15 when you do it this way (not including the price of the vacuum pump WITH gauge, which I do recommend).
