I do a few things that are very necessary for me to live a good life stay out of depression, stay out of anxiety and remained in the moment in a good space. The biggest thing I do is I pray. Praying is a very good way to stay in the moment and to ask the Lord for guidance and strength with what you’re going through.
Where are you go next is my therapist. I spend an hour a week with her and it really helps me get all of my thoughts out and feelings and have her go over it with me. It really helps me make sense of whatever I might be going through.
Next place I come is to the brotherhood and I ask for help from my brothers and I’m always given incredible advice. In the same way I asked my own son for help as he is part of the brotherhood also.
Lastly I go to my medication doctor and I try to refine the medications I’m taking to work the best for me with the lowest amount of negative side effects. After 20 years I finally found what works best for me. And I got a let you know I have not felt depression or anxiety for a very long time
