What are the best exercises for getting rid of a stomach?

cardio is the only way to lose fat. there is no such thing as spot reduction. it has to be done all over the body.
 
Cardio and diet for sure......but I was told by an old herbalist that for the body to rid itself of fat and cholesteral.....your kidneys/liver/gall bladder need to be in top working order!To achieve this you need to undergo a cleanse on these organs........ridding them of stones and congestion.Once they are free from this...........it will be alot easier to loose the weight and to keep it off.
 
Cardio and Ab exercises. Everybody says diet but I eat what I want and do fine. I think it has to do with my metabolism though
