So my gains had slowed to a crawl after some pretty stellar early results. DLD suggested upping the intensity so I increased the weight, added another hour to my routine, and doubled the number of stretches. I'm feeling the fatigue again that I wasn't really getting anymore and flaccid stretch is about 1/8 longer than normal post workout. Too early to claim any gains but it appears a simple increase was what I needed to break my plateau.
