Do what’s going to work for now and let’s work on getting that fat pad down. What is your current health situation? Overnight? Any medical issues? Thyroid disorder perhaps. Best thing is to take care of your health and expose as much inner penis as possible and that is done two ways, losing weight and gaining length.
 
Apply the short silisleeve, and for added comfort you can use a siliring underneath the glans.

This I find, prevents the sleeve from moving at all over the glans, which could happen if its really cold outside, and the penis starts to shrink naturally.

When using a siliring, be cautious on how tight you have it. I opt for the largest, took it off every 2-3 hours did some helishakes, and reapplied.

yep thats really something that got me thinking whats the purpose of stretching hanging etc if the dick gets shrunk again.(fail)
DLD gained 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth inside 6 months without anything else but the newbie routine

Not quite 1 inch ? 1/2’’ of girth. I also did the routine 2-3 times a day. I was also incorporating new exercises through this time. So it was a combination of the Newbie Routine and invented exercises like DLD Blasters, DLD Bends, Lazy Ass Stretching, healing with ACE, etc.
 
I grab a sock tie it up under the glans, stretch the sock and cock and put upper end under my leg, worked good. When I removed my shaft was somehow fuller and longer no doubt.
 
Fat pad contributes to the woes of penis enlargement.

It sure does at one point I had almost a 3 inch that pad any growth that I made in PE was covered under fat. For many losing the fat pad is gaining some serious visual size.

How do you measure your fat pad to know that it is up to 3 inches?

Thats true...start workouts, I had similar problem with fat pad two years ago. Fat pad is a mix of water and fat, you can lose water in matter of 2-3 weeks if exercise hard and good, as for fat it varies from few aspects such as diet, water intake etc. Weighted squats on smith machine and some heavy deadlifting helped me a lot with fat spots on my body. I have fat pad too but it doesnt bother me anymore. Squats are also awesome for EQ, thicker veins and muscles below hip are greatly contribute to pelvis blood flow, plus higher T levels = good erection, healthier body...it's whole package. ���� guys with good dongs have strong legs and muscular body...__________ is one and only I think guy that is skinny and ugly asf ?
