which one is the best ssj should I choose , isolated compression squeeze or slow squash ? Because I want to combine it with bathmate 5 mins pump then do ssj for 5 mins?

They are the same exercise. I originally called the SSJ isolated compression squeeze. I changed it a few years ago. So when you do the isolated compression squeeze you’re actually seeing the SSJ

Just tried these out for the first time in a long time today. Instantly blew up with spotting. Dick feels fine, just looks like a polka dot panic. This is normal right? Or am I just using too much force?

that’s a sign of a routine done well! Red spotting happens for about a month maybe, and usually goes away within a couple hours. It is absolutely nothing to worry about it happens to the best of us. But remember when it stops happening that doesn’t mean you’re not growing anymore it just means you become accustomed to the exercise. A quick way to speed the process is to do some deep tissue massage after you have trained

Exactly correct
 
I think the best thing to do is switch each method of SSJ during your session. Do both methods 3 reps each. 3 reps of isolation squeeze and 3 reps of SSJ. Making a total of 18 throughout the girth session.
