Hi Guys,

Have been doing PE for some years and grown from a thin cock, 16cm length and 13cm girth (6.2" and 5.1") to now around 19.5cm (7.7") and 17.5cm girth (6.9").
But my growth has stalled recently. I am doing length with the length master, 2 x 10 minutes, 5 days a week. And for girth 5x5x3, also 5 days a week.
Maybe I am being impatient but have been at this spot for 3/4 months now.

Any advice?

If you want a longer penis you need to increase the intensity with the length master.
20 minutes per day isn't enough.
Do 20 minutes x 2 times, or even 3 times per day (6 days per weeks).
This is the recommendations I have got at least, and it looks like it's working.

Have been adjusting my goals from 18cm to 19.5cm to now 22cm.
 
girth was, for some reason, easy, length has cost me much more effort. I do wear a cock ring after every work out, around 6/7 hours in total. Maybe that has helped.

How long did it take you to go from 5.1 inches to 6.9 inches in girth?

What routine are you doing precisely with the length master? Move from 20 mins daily length master session to 40 mins.
 
About 2.5yr.

Length Master: 1 minute of each:
Straight down, left down, right down. Straight middle, middle left, middle right, straight up, straight left, straight right.
In between the 2 sets I do some manual stretching by hand, around 3/4 minutes before I start the next 10 minutes.

2.5 years not bad.

Your length master routine is a newbie routine. There is no way you can make solid gains with that. Move to the DLD blasters. Do them for 40 mins daily. Watch my length master videos, I made one for the DLD blasters.

Make sure you do them for 40 mins, you stand to gain a minimum of .5 in 6 months from that exercise.
 
Just wanted to let everybody know I grown to 20cm now BPEL, my new record. By the time I posted this thread in April I was 19.5.
Stretching with the LengthMaster did it, I do around 2x15minutes (after that I'm exhausted and penis starts to hurt (the skin)).
5 days a week although the last few weeks I did not have much time.

I started stretching with the LM at the base of the penis. Man, that made a difference for me. I think most of the length growth came from that.

Congratulations brother. Expressive stretching seems to have helped break the plateau for you. I always tell people to reserve expressive stretching for later. When you exhaust all the other exercises, that's when you unleash the expressive stretching.

Yes, it is really a next step and the results are super. I also changed my schedule a bit. I do girth first now and after that I do length.
I noticed my girtwork is much better now because after lengthwork my penis is more sensitive and I couldn't do intensive girth. Now that I do it before lengthwork I can do both with real intensity.

Who knows, maybe I will give this approach a try. We have always spoken against doing length work after girth work has been done. Doing girth first before length might have contributed in breaking the plateau.
