stupid vimax people arghh

i ordered the vimax extender today and i used the "overnight air shipping" option which cost an additional $25 instead of the 3-7 business days free shipping. i called the customer service to confirm if i'll recieve it tomorow and they said its overnight afetr 2 days of processing the order. i really wanted to get it tomorow because now one will be home tomorow and i have a day off to recieve the package. i feel liek i wasted at extra $25 for nothing because i was under the impression i will recieve it tomorow

That sucks! It is always a good idea that you read the fine print so shit like this does not happen. If they do not have that info on their site you should call and get refunded for the $25.
 
so should i do that?? there was two payment options one box said "free shipping. 3-7 business days" the other said "$23.95 overnight air deliver"

Of course you should! It is total bullshit that they give that option. It is misleading and strictly a method of making more money at the ignorance of the customer. Don't get me wrong, the VIMAX is an incredible product and even with the extra shipping it is still the best value online but what happened to you may have happened to many and I think it is your responsibility to let them know. The people who run the business may not even know that this option hurts their customers (or they may not even be in control of it) and you letting them know may help them run a better business. Also drop my name when you do, I am sure they will be more than willing to refund you.

dld, what should i say? ill call in the morning. when ic alled the guy had a european accent but said he wasnt russian. he sounded liek he doesnt know anything though lol. what should i tell them?
 
p.s. when i called i said so approx when should i get it and he said monday or tuesday. when i chsoe that shipping option i expected it to be here friday (its 12:41 am so i guess its friday now)

Give them your order number, have them find it and demand that the shipping be refunded to your card. If they are not being agreeable you can tell them that you are going to put a stop payment of the charge. Since the unit was already shipped they would be stupid not to refund you cuz then you would have an Extender for free:)

i wrote

am upset because your site left me under the impression that i will be recieving my vimax the next day. otherwise i would have chosen the free 3-7 day shipping instead fo apying an extra $23.95 for no reason at all. i am very upset. i am a friend of DLD's from MOS and he told me to email you guys.

so i wrote backk

well the 48 hours equals 2 days and then to ship it, so its the same as 3-7 day shipping except i paid $23 extra for no reaosn. you misinform on your website
