Hi all. Been making good progress with stretching. As I have moved up the ladder have noticed how the feeling has moved to where it feels like I need the no2 all the time when it's on any one else experience this ?

I will rephrase it. Feels like it's pulling on my rectum when stretching the penis. Never used to feel it but as I have been moving up the rods and screws now it's at the point it feels like as described

Usually it kinda hurts but it feels good at the same time, but theres sometimes where it just kinda hurts for me.

I would release some tension,not all, but some depending on the pain.

Not sure if this could mean faster gains, it’s pretty far down thou, avoid any type of EXCESSIVE FORCE.

It’s to close the pelvic muscles, could create hard flaccid and pelvic issues are the worst.

I suppose its beneficial if you already maxed out your more outer tissues, and those already are fully and permanently stretched. Just then I would suppose pullung so far down would be beneficial.

But dont take my word on that, cause I dont have much experience on that I’ve focus on my side ligaments.

But something I’ve learned is that once you stretch a tissues the majority of the time and neglect others, by default every time in future trainings, the tissue that has been the most stretched would take over the stretch, and the rest of the tissues would be bypassed.


What I’m saying is that imagine that you successfully stretch and dominate your anus dick tissue, and every time you pull is just obediently stretched out effortlessly.

And let’s say that later on you wanna stretch your side ligaments, or your actual dick, but you couldn’t cause automatically your anus dick would react first and bypass wherever you wanna stretch.

That’s what happened to me.😅🙃

I focus stretching so much with my dominant hand cause it was easier, had a better and stronger grip.

Resulted in my left side ligaments to stretch out effortlessly, but on the other side I STRUGGLE.

And trust me I spend hours and hours making the right side catch up to the left, and I’m getting close, but it’s double the work 🙃😂

And as I said earlier, I don’t know if you have maxed out your outer tissues, (Side ligaments would easily give you 3-5 extra cm’s)

If you haven’t, then focus on those, don't leave gains on the table haha.


Now if you can’t actually help it and it just naturally happens.

I would start working on dual fulcrums, ASAP, to actually let my dick know to first work on the outside and ligaments that will release cm’s of inner penis.

Yea I found it strange why it felt the pulling so deep down inside. Sound advice thanks for that. I have had a read through alot and probably should have started with manual stretch routine. But I bought the peni master pro and definitely don't regret it. Seen alot of improvement from it and just do manuals after use. I only use it 3 4 hours and still get results.will look up that fulcrum stretches you refer to. Nice reply plenty to take in from that

Can I ask a little something I just did that fulcrum stretch in shower and blood came out the inside of me ! Is this just a minor tear somewhere as its not sore and no more has came out. Kinda shit myself there 😳

Wait a minute, where exactly did blood came out of you? From your pee hole?
 
If from inside it is most likely a small rip in your urethra. This injury takes about 7 days to heal
 
Yes my pee hole. I just had a pee there no blood in it. But a actually seen it come out of the pee hole. A was gobsmacked
 
Man definitely you gotta be tactful with something new, what about just twisting it at first.

Explore your body, this exercises are guides, but you listen to what body actually wants (feels good), play explore see what movements come effortlessly, follow your instinct.

Sometimes you activate parts by going slowly, or sometimes by twisting slowly to the side.

Explore what your body has going on slowly.


Just dont try to acomplished a new exercise in the first try.

Any complications with that further down the road. I have the peni master on just now there's no pain just went for a pee small spot on the inside of chamber but that's it

Yea for sure thats prety shook me up that has. Will stick with peni master for the duration and see what I can keep getting out of that. Think I was a bit rough with the pulling

I feel you 😂Mann. Thats a first for me, and trust me I’ve been a dick head with my unit. I treat it like a fucking ragg doll.

Hopefully this goes easy and fast.

It reminds of like when you scratch your nose and it bleeds by broken capillaries inside. But theres no pain or complications of any sort,has that happened to you?
 
Hahaha yea a get you. Mine seems pretty solid until that tonight now got me thinking tame it down a notch. No defo not any pain no blood in urine. A think something must have burst close to the head in the inside. Unsure. Will have a look later after this is off
