Newbie progress Start of my PE journey and adding supplements

LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System pump. Warming up in front of a heater and doing the length newbie routine with the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging( Am & PM). Then after doing girth work Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) with the Mityvac. Putting on hydrocortisone and vitamin E after my sessions. Then letting that set in and wrapping while elongated for the rest of the day. One thing I’m missing that I need to add is the MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY.

Another really great exercise is the ball and lig stretch. This can produce results on which immediately.

Really fast progression with that exercise. You're flaccid hang will look impressive.

What does this help with besides flacid hang? Not too worried about that at this moment. Maybe later down the line. Really just want erect gains for the time being but I’m sure that’ll change eventually

You will gain faster if you add Ball & Lig Stretches to your program. You need more skin to grow the shaft longer. Also you don't want balls that are pushed up, and forward when you get an erection.

I do 1 minute holds at every stretching position, and I do the routine for 10 minutes in front of a car interior heater before my length sessions.

Ok sounds good. I’m only able to do 180 degrees when doing the bundles stretches with the LM3. Is that bad? Isn’t a complete bundled stretch suppose to be 360 degrees rotation?

I don't know. I don't care about that. I just increase the intensity and bundles as much as I can, month after month.

That's how it's done! Always push intensity!

180 is a good starting point, just increase slow.

In time you will be able to bundle more and more
 
Stop counting rotations is my suggestion. Just enjoy the process of optimization, progression, growth and the process of maxing out LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging.
By the way, you will never max it out. 🙂

Took the weekend off because of how sore I was. Feel a lot better now and will be starting again back tomorrow.

I have this extreme tightness in my pelvic region when I get any type of erection, even if it a semi. When I’m fully erect it seems to almost point straight up. I’ll post a video to show what I mean. Anyone else have this issue?

Always with lube. I usually use Vaseline but it had run out now, so I'm just using hair conditioner in the shower to Jelq with.
