Welcome to the brotherhood pal! A suggestion I can make for you is to drop the l-arginine and replace it with L-citrulline as l-arginine is broken down in the kidneys before it can be absorbed by the body. And drop the collagen as there are multiple studies showing that it doesn't aid in collagen synthesis or anything for that matter.

Been a week and a day now since starting my PE journey. Starting to become obsessed with it. Doing 2 a days for the time being and added in BTC bundled stretching for 2 minutes at the end of length work. Then I do some girth work in the shower with the mityvac.

1. I’ve got a couple questions though. Once gains have been made are they permanent? Or will I lose them once I reach my goal and decide to stop doing PE. Is it like working out and you have to keep doing it or else you’ll verbally lose your gains?

2. What is the all around best stretch for gaining length the faster? Is it BTC bundled with the length master? And if so how do you create tension, do you pull down towards the ground and then towards your feet?

Consistency will lead to permanent gains as new collagen is formed in the tunica tissue. Anecdotally people have found that the longer you have the gains the more permanent they become. However it is recomended that you do some maintenance to keep your penis healthy. So lets say you hang and pump 5 times a week, you'd go down to lets say 2 times a week.

Gaining length will be fastest with the lig stretches which are down and BTC stretches as ligaments are easier to stretch. Hanging or LM work will do both of those for you. They will also stretch the tunica tissue over time.

5D-BTC-BS is the most powerful exercise for length gains.


Go 0.5 Inch past your end goal. Also doing bundled stretches will cement your length gains better. Because tunica albigunea are permanently stretched out and elongated more efficiently.

You said you added 2 minutes of bundled stretching at the end of length work. If I understand correctly, you are currently doing the length master newbie routine for the first 30 days. It is a bundled routine. All the length master exercises are done in a bundled state.

If you gain 2.5 inches in length and then you stop PE completely, you will lose half inch. So go half inch passed your length goal.

For girth, once it's cemented, you don't lose anything.

Your second question, you are currently doing the newbie routine. All length master stretches works perfectly. They are all done in a bundled state.

After 30 days of doing the downward bundled stretches, you will change routine.

You have no worries.

I understand now. Yes there is going to be some girth gains mostly at the base.
 
Can definitely tell a difference in eq quality. I take a scoop before I pump and a scoop before my regular workout.

Took 2 days off from PE because of how sore my ligaments felt. Started back today and felt great.
