Newbie progress Start of my PE journey and adding supplements

So relatable. When I started out with just manuals I was using hair conditioner, far superior to any lube I've ever come across haha
I don't know. Conditioner is good but since it's water based it does not last the way vaseline does. More difficult to clean up but no better drag than vaseline

But It started to burn my dick somewhat, because I ended up Jelqing for hours.
But if you only do 🔗 SRT 5X5X3, then hair conditioner can be an emergency solution we can use, when we don't have anything else at home.

I agree. Vaseline is the best. I need to get hold of 5 Liter buckets 🪣 of it or something. 😄
 
Still going at it! About a month and a half into PE journey. Really been wanting to measure but I know to hold off for at least 4-6 months. Can’t see any gains with my eyes but it’s only been a month

Hold off from measuring for at least 6 months. This way you see true growth

PE workout has been going great. In the AM I do ball and lig stretches in front of heater, then LM bundled stretches, also 20 min with infrared after. I keep it wrapped and elongated for most of the day.

At night before bed I do ball and lig stretches with heater, LM bundled stretches, take some citrulline and then do my 5x5x3 girth work.
20 min of infrared, and then I wrap again to stay elongated and sleep through the night. It stays on pretty well and I’ll have the random erection here and there. But all in all it’s a comfy sleep even with me being wrapped elongated. I want to heal elongated through the night since I do the LM before bed

I also use vitamin E mixed with hydrocortisone

How is the ball and lig stretch? Are you noticing any significant difference ?

It’s going great! Easier getting started with the LM after and better hang right after ball and lig stretch

Still going at it. 2 months into PE. Trying not to measure till the 6 month mark at least.

Injured my shoulder in a snowboard accident and have to have surgery but still able to pull with the LM with my other arm.

Hoping for at least an 1” in length by 6 months.

I'm sorry for your accident.
But there is no danger in measuing.
When I was growing length I was mesuring every week.
Measuring can be good to see if the methods are working.

Maybe I will in a bit then!

I need to get more torque/power since I’m only using one hand, what could I add to the length master to help with that? I see you added some type of extra handle on yours?

Yes! Don't be afraid of doing modifications to your equipment.
