Also to prevent the foreskin from bleeding 🩸 I put on Magnesium Carbonate on my penis before applying theraband.
My foreskin was bleeding multiple times (not the ureter), but when I started to apply Magnesium Carbonate, the bleeding in my foreskin never happend again. Some tips for you.

Also the second handlebar is a gamechanger. The handle/broomstick will also prevent the chamber from tilting forward, and also make the clamp down more secure.

Haha sounds like you were pulling pretty hard!
Luckily my clamp down is pretty tight so I don’t get any slippage. My glands kinda start to turn blueish purple once I get close to my 20min mark but that’s pretty normal for me.

My tip of the day: Is to stay in the chamber for a maximum of 13 minutes, in that way you will reduce fluid retention, discoloration and also you will be able to stretch harder during each stretch. In my opinion there is no reason to stay 20 minutes inside the chamber.
But we do what works for us, so my ways are not the only ways.

Good advice! Maybe I’m just lucky but I don’t have any loss of feeling or anything like that at the 20 min mark and the blood return pretty quick. I’ll remember around 13 min for the future just in case tho

When you get to the highest intensity, you can't stretch for 20 minutes without a break, especially when holding each stretch for 5 minutes.

There should always be breaks. Over a long stretch you can lose strength so taking a break at certain intervals will give strength 💪 back

Yes! Holding a stretch for 5 minutes in BTC position with full intensity is hard. You need a rest to keep up the intensity.

Okay I need to get better at taking breaks in between. How long would you say? 30 seconds? 1-2 minutes?

01. When I was stretching I was stretching hard for 5 minutes (5 minutes long stretching holds) in one bundled direction (left or right), then I switched immediately to the other bundled direction (left or right) = 10 minutes.

02. Then after 10 minutes of stretching I detached my penis from the chamber and removed the wrapping fully.
Now I was resting in front of a heating fan and massage my penis for 10 minutes.
You want a heating fan that really push the hot air hard into your tissue (+ inner penis).

Then I did 01 all over again. So 01 is one set. So I did 2 sets at 10 minutes each. This was enough to gain fast.
This programming are dependent on that you increase the intensity to extreme levels.

I think it's important to not limit the blood flow in the penis for to long.
After session 15 minutes with MOSRED for faster recovery and growth.

This was my approach and it worked.

Been still going at it everyday. Here and there I’ll take a 1 day or maybe 2 day break depending on soreness.
I also added tunica scraping before pumping and also added DHSO + Aloe gel applied every 6 hours or so.

Take time off to heal soreness. Losing two days will do nothing to your growth
 
Here’s Jan 30th beginning PE this year in the pump at 10hg and fast forward to today in the pump at same pressure. Cool to see the difference in expansion and 0.9” length in a pump ( I know that probably doesn’t mean anything) but still cool.
Maybe in a year to 2 I can pack this 2.25”width wise
