"Until soy estrogens are definitely linked to reproductive-tract abnormalities, infertility, and other health problems in humans, most health authorities recommend that we "wait and see.""

One more-

"The bottom line is that the safety of soy foods has yet to be proven, and that human beings have become guinea pigs in what Daniel M. Sheehan, formerly senior toxicologist with the FDA's National Center for Toxicological Research, has called a "large, uncontrolled and basically unmonitored human experiment.""

Whenever I see a post like this anywhere, I have to ask myself...How in the world have most of the ASIAN culture in our world survived on soy, and soy based products for centuries?? Then again, we're talking refined vs. non refined soy, and soy based products. Similar to whole foods, vs. refined foods with preservatives added. OR, better yet...milk and cow meat that has had antibiotics, and bovine growth hormone added vs. natural milk and meat from cows that have not had such chemicals added to their systems.

That's one of the reasons that Asian countries that are heavily soy dependant always ferment the soy in some way. The digestive actions of the fermentation process breakup those hormones effectively destroying them.

That's interesting, do you have citations as proof? I'm just saying. I'm not calling you out on it, but I do like documentation. It's like this Ring Of Power thing that everyone was so hyped up about...and it's starting to come back now that Supra is posting again....coincidence? ;) LOL. Where's the proof? Where's the dated, scanned copies of the blood tests showing before and after results? (As an example)

Here's a pretty good site, just for a quick response. The info on soy has been widely available for years...just not widely disseminated. If ya wanna find out about a guy who put soybeans up to a fantastic aray of uses look up Henry Ford, of all people.
