hey guys so ive finished the newbie routine and made gains from it
i did it for over 2 months but i think i hit a plateau
my routine is:
5 min warm up
4 min bundled stretches , 30 seconds each direction
9 minutes of basic stretching 30 seconds each direction
8 minutes of jelqing ( let me be honest since my goal is length gains i sometimes skip jelqing)
ps : i do no reverse kegels
and thats it
should i change things up or keep trying and wait ?
if you suggest i change things up what should i add to my routine and what should i change ?
