Hi guys. I am 29 years of age. I'm starting this program with a 4.7 inch. I also have a prematurely ejaculating problem as well. To be truly honest I'm tall and handsome but due to my insecurities down there I've never had a girlfriend in my entire life. I've contemplated suicide because I used to think both of my problems were uncurable. What kind of results should I expect given the fact that I'm a 110 % dedicated to this program?
 
This is a common feeling among many men I would say even the majority think about it at least once. Some women, mostly the ones you don't want to meet anyways, think penis size is important. Most women aren't really going to care. That is the truth of matters.

P e is serious. I believe it's harder than actual exercising at a gym. But if you're dedicated, it becomes fun habitual. The sky is the limit as well with PE. There's countless examples in this brotherhood alone.

As for premature ejaculation, that's pretty common not terribly serious. You can practice kegel exercises. You can practice edging. Also, a lot of it is mindset.

Also keep in mind, with the newbie routine, you can easily get an inch in 4 to 6 months about. Again, PE is not easy but it can be fun with the proper mindset and dedication. With an extra inch, not that hard to get, you will be at 5.7 in. At that point you're bigger than most men in the world! But keep in mind my man, a bigger penis will not equate to satisfaction. It should make you feel more confident.
As Philevan said, edging and kegels will definitely help the premature ejaculation.

Thinking about suicide because of your dick...... man, I remember being there for the first 30 years of my life but not anymore. I was born just a bit bigger than you at 5" erect NBP and I went through similar situations(hence the name Blueballs). After about 20months of PE I gained 1.5" in length and about 0.5 in girth and went from being a 2 pump champ to lasting 30-45mins per pop all due to PE and mos community. I'm about 6.6" now and still gaining.

After I got past 6" in length my confidence issue suddenly disappeared by itself because that's what's considered average or "normal" in my country.

Regarding your size I think that realistically you can expect to get to 6" in length in 2 years max if you're a slow or hard gainer. everything past 6" will be a bonus. I'd recommend you start with a manual newbie routine and stay on that for 6months straight before you buy any equipment or try something new. After that conditioning period, you could get a bathmate and an extender and incorporate them into your routine.

For Premature Ejac I'd recommend to read everything you can find about edging and start practice it from day one along with your routine, that will def. make a huge impact on your stamina.

My road to stamina control went trough these 3 checkpoints:
1. Daily Edging practice for 20-30mins with ejac(only)every other day
2. Strong PC muscles, you need to get to the point where you can hold one 60s long super hard kegel in order to get to step 3
3. Mastering the dry orgasm. This is the most powerful thing I found to work and it completely changed my sensitivity levels to the point where I can have sex for almost as long as I want/

Yep his story is stressful, dissatisfied etc because he claims he s a good looking guy etc whit a small penis n that feeling might be crazy a man knows his potential but you know there's something missing n is like fuck i have it all but there's something n that important part is down there n you know is not enough..i know that feeling..

Yep actually the angry ? meant the the frustration you explained whit your words yeah but you have a massive cock red LOL you were right i remember years ago i had a even smaller dick,was so small.
