Seeing a decrease in size

For some reason I’m seeing a decrease in size and I can’t figure out why. I usually measure at 7.75nbel but lately I’ve been measuring at 7 nbel and I’m. It sure why this fluctuation is happening. I also feel less horny and haven’t been getting as hard and easily as I usually do. I even look smaller in my bathmate. Is this normal?
 
whats your current routine? what kind of diet do you eat? do you exercise? masturbate too frequently? smoker or not? how old are you?
those are all questions that will automatically lead you to an answer,chances are its just erection quality issue that is result from one issue related to the questions. focus on correction of any wrong factors and start doing kegels if you're not doing them
 
Good kegel routine will help, and as megamike had advised.

I'm no doctor, but dessicated beef liver capsules helped me in the past when I was really interested in penis enlargement, and fitness in general.

My blood was always good, knew that from being a blood donor.

My current routine starts off with me doing bundled stretches
Then I jump into a vacuum hanger and hang 12.5 for and hour
Take rest
Do bundled stretches
Hop back into the hanger for an hour at the same weight
Then do bundled
Then use the bathmate 5 minutes X 3 sets
Sometimes I’ll help afterwards
I normally eat a pretty clean diet, I do exercise, and no I don’t masturbate at all. I smoke occasionally but lately I haven’t been smoking. And I’m 22 at the time.

As I mentioned, kegels would help. If you drink too much coffee try decreasing it as excessive caffeine affects EQ and drink plenty of water.
 
If you’re not making or you’re losing gains you really need to create a different routine that’s going to be much more intense than what you’re doing. You may be like me and need a lot of intensity to grow. I would create a new routine or I would add a lot more intensity to the routine you’re using. No one should ever lack of growth and no one should ever see a reduction in size. The reduction in size is where I’m confused as this doesn’t happen. I will make the assumption that your erection quality was not at its best and that’s the reason for the discrepancy in measurements. Always go to flaccid stretched bone-pressed measurement to get consistent measurements.

Yes my erection quality has definitely been lacking. Although I newly integrated my bathmate, it’s only been 3 or so weeks since I had it. What can I do to make it more intense, do you have any suggestions ?

Well if you’re doing the 5×5×3 and you may want to change that to 10×10×3 or some other arrangement of time to give you more work.
 
It sounds as if you've hit a plateau. How long have you been training without a break?
 
A decrease in size that's fucking terrible working the ass off to get to a desired size and loosing all the gains (loudlycrying) (drunk)(fail)
 
Ever since I started back in 2017 I have not taken a break

You should seriously consider one! Plan your training in a cyclical fashion to get as muc as possible from your efforts while getting in the necessary rest for recuperation and growth.
 
Investing more time into that 5×5×3 is something you may want to look into.

I really would like to know what would make someone who is doing a good routine combined with kegels still suffers from weak erection. What could be the cause of the weak erection? Is it lack of rest or what?

Could be many things like stress, medication, fatigue etc
