I’m hoping some of you veterans of PE will chime in here....

I’ve decided to rethink my PE goals and routine. If I were to reduce my goal to gaining an inch of length and an inch of girth, that would make me close to 8”x6.5”.
Thinking about changing my routine to a 5 minute warmup,15 minute hang, and a 5X5X3
2 days on, 1 off schedule. Do you think this would facilitate that goal?

5×5×3 is the perfect girth workout so I’m on board with that. 15 minutes of hanging is not enough time, if you can’t dedicate three sessions of 20 minutes a day I would switch to a different length routine. 15 minutes using an LM would definitely bring gains in a short time, manual stretching from the line up of the newbies routine is also a very good length workout which takes about 40 minutes. There are many different options so let me know exactly what you can do.

Thanks, DLD. Would your 10 minute routine minus the girth work, but add a 15 minute hang in the morning work? Wear uncle Jim wrap all day. And then after work, do the 5x5x3 girth routine, and then use siliring after that. Would that work?

That would be just fine! I do not even think of that I’m glad you did. Now let see where this takes us, to the moon or the stars it’s all going up!

Should I have a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule, or only 1 day off per week?

I’m sure it will be tough because the change will be so gradual...

Even the smallest growth they will notice. It took about three to four months till my girl was telling me

That’s awesome! Out of curiosity, what did she say? Did she know you were doing PE at all?

We were driving to work one day and she mentioned if I was still growing. I have been doing PE for six months at a time and I wasn’t sure if I gotten any bigger. But after that I went and I measured and I have gained 2 inches in length and 1/2 inch girth. I told her that day about PE

Love it! 2” in six months is most unprecedented! I’d love to know how you made such an amazing accomplishment.

I was thinking about my previous post where I could use the length portion of your 10 minute workout followed by a 15 minute hang session. What if I did that, and added a few sets of the length portion throughout the day?
What do you think would happen?

That sounds good I would like to see you write it out though so everybody understands. I’m looking forward to working with you.

The length portion of DLD’s 10 minute workout. Doing a set in the morning, a set at lunch, and a set when I get home from work, which is followed by a 15 minute hang. Using Uncle Jim Wrap between sets. After the hanging session, I’m doing the 5x5x3 workout. Hoping by doing all this I can gain 1x1.

I really love this work out as it gets the job done in a very small amount of time. And it really optimizers that time very well. For some men it’s just not possible to get in hours of PE every day so having a quick routine like this is awesome. It’s also great because you can do it multiple times a day if you have time.

DLD, do you think it will net me the gains I’m after?

If you stick with it you’ll grow as you come to a point where growth stops we simply just need to adjust the routine. I think you’ll do just fine.
