I would like to know your opinions on a routine which includes simple 5 way stretches (up, down, left, right & S.O Bundled) done 6-8 times a day, which equates to every 2-3 hours. Or if anyone has followed a similar routine and gained well or not gained ?
I believe this constant stretching would also serve a dual purpose - lengthening the penis and acting as a type of ADS.
(this would be in addition to the regular PE routine being followed)
The reason I brought this up is that I have observed many gainers in the past who used such concepts in their PE training, I too used to wonder about this before observing these length gainers.
I will be getting a LM and extender near the end of this year as well, to supplement these stretches if this is a viable approach.
