Tbh I'm really lazy doing other kegel variations rather than the quick ones, I'm not lazy to stretch in every angle manually standing for like 1hr+ but kegels..... Idk, Can I get away doing only these or should I add Holds? Has anyone tried a quick kegel only routine?
 
I got instructions from a doctor and for best control you need to do some holds as well.
In the program I received, it's about doing quicker 100% ones one day, then other day you might do 60-80% holds. Variation is needed for best success.

Kegels can be done sitting down, standing up, laying down ... And it doesn't really require a special place or time; try to implement Kegels to your everyday life, while driving or waiting for something, browsing the forums ... Sooner or later doing different kind of kegels you'll notice that it's very intuitive and that you can do the holds as well!

Remember reverse kegels as well, to keep the muscles in balance. Imbalance can be a big problem, @bluetard117 did write something about, this is a "poke" to have him make a brand new thread and to share his story, if he's willing. I know his experience could help many Brothers.

Do quick ones, but ensure the contraction is quality and not some half arsed affair.
Aim for 100's of these throughout the day.

Add holds, these can be with the quick kegels, or a separate routine in itself.
Holds can be whatever time you like, but try a minimum of 5 secs to begin, aiming for 15 seconds.

Again, ensure the contraction is good ... needs to be a hard contraction with kegels, contract it all the way.
 
How many reps per day do you recommend? both quick and holds @REDZULU2003

For me I did Kegels all day long every single day. No joking I’ll probably do over 20,000 in a day. When I found out that Kegels made your penis harder and larger I just made it a complete obsessive habit to do Kegels constantly. As far as doing the reverse Kegels, those should be done in the spirit of DLD blasters. They will also be helpful in premature ejaculation situations.
 
I have trained kegels more than a year, not consistently though and i can tell that i have develope pretty strong muscles down there. Kegels have helped me tremendously to control my self during sex and i can have dry orgasms too.

But my issue is that i cant tell that kegels have given me steel erections.
Red, i was reading your thread about kegels and you say that kegels gave you steel erections that can last for hours. My erections are very good but not at that level. How can i target EQ with kegels? I am thinking towel raises, what do you think?

Try getting 10-20mins at a time (heart rate of at least 130) and watch your erections blow. A stationary bike is the easiest on the joints and works wonders!

That’s what I was doing, and that’s what fucked me up. I’m gonna blame it more on a shitty seat that had a weird bump that sat right on my perinium, but still. I still need to punch out that explanation, but I will tonight, got a little more time. My current job has rotating hours, so I have to arrange life around that.
 
Rotating hours means rotating PE, take some discipline to put that together but I have total confidence in you. Be as creative as possible take advantage of every moment you have that’s free.
