Quick and Efficient Routine??

When work and life obligations are light, it’s so much easier to do elaborate routines, but when things get hectic, what’s the best routine that will get results, and is also quick and easy?

I know many will say to just make time, but I need something that will help me to stay consistent rather than just quitting when time starts getting tight.

If you want efficient length gains and have not much time LengthMaster 3 is your choice. Just 40 minutes per day (3 days on 1 day rest) can get you there.
 
Is Lengthmaster 3 a specific routine?
No. It's a stretching device where you use both hands to stretch.

Yep, I have one. Any suggestions for the 40 minute workout you mentioned?
 
Yes you should refer to the list of PowerAssist and Lengthmaster exercises...so much knowledge there. Also look into bundled stretches, ball.and lig stretches and behind the cheek stretches.
