Problems Logging in the MoS Members Area? READ THIS

We apologize if you had any trouble logging into the members area over the past week. We created a new password management system to help keep track of the members in a much more organized manner and to increase security.

We just emailed all the members that joined Matters of Size the new Password Form to create your new password to work with our new Password management System.

You must use the same email that you signed up with in the password form for your new password to work (most likely the email adress we emailed the form to). Also the Username and Password is Case Sensative, so please type it in the same way you created it.

If you have any problems or did not receive the email from us please email admin@mattersofsize.com and we will resend it.

Remember to also look in your Spam Box for our emails.
Allot of times, our emails end up in the Spam or Bulk Mail email box.

Also if you are an AOL user please PM me directly. All AOL emails get bounced back to us.

I've been getting quite a few returned emails.
Especially with aol accounts.
If You have not gotten our email make sure you email us again or PM me Here.

Guys, if you email Me or PM me, Please Include...

1) Your Real Full Name
2) The CORRECT Email address you used to sign up
3) The estimated Date you signed up
4) Your Previous Username you used to log into the Members area (not the forums)

I am getting tons of emails from People claiming to be Members that are not.

So you must supply your correct infor I listed above to get a response from Me.

I emailed you your Password and it just bounced back to me. We been having this problem with aol accounts. If you have aol as your email account, please PM me instead of emailing me.

I have e-mailed to you guys long time ago like almost two month ago and haven't gotten any returned e-mail. I even checked on the spam list and no e-mail. I'm a member of your website and if I can't log in, then that means I'm getting ripped off. Please I'm really a member here.

Sorry about that. If you have not gotten my emails, you should of PMed me. That means your email system is blocking my emails. Please PM me your info and I will take care of you right away.

It's Mr. Schlong here who have problems with logging in.
My name is Tae-Seung Kim and the e-mail address is taeskim2da87@yahoo.com.

I purchased the Mattersofsize program around May 2005 and the password that I used to log in with was

"Edited for your Privacy"

I can't log in anymore even though I'm still the member.

yea hi, I still can't start threads for some reason or view some pictures. I'm pretty sure I'm a member (I don't pay though.) Is there any reason I can't start threads? My email is peytons2@hotmail.com thanks!
