As stated in the title, I never thought I would see an extender snap, I have the phallosan plus extender that was extra in their kit and on the 5th (maybe 6th?) time I used it the arm snapped! ? now, I am no beginner with extenders, I used a size genetics with the comfort strap for years, even though uncomfortable LOL it was sturdy as fuck, this thing I have taken such good care of, other than the times I've used it it has been sitting in it's box exactly the way it was shipped in a drawer in my bedroom, no exposure to the elements etc. I was putting it on, depressed the arm/spring to slide the bell attachment on and bam! Fucking thing snapped, scared the bejeebuz out of me! ? will try their customer service but not holding out, they have a bad rep for things like that already, I'll have to dig out the old SG for now though, lucky phallosan copied the same design/sizing specs as sizegenetics models haha. Not sure what the core of these rods are made of but they are weak that's for sure.

I'm owning a Penimaster since I've started, have all of their 3 systems (belt, rod, weight hanging). I actually planned also to get the Phallosan system soon, as those two are medical approved systems and have the best reviews. With doing so I can pick the best extender for me in order to get the best gains while wearing it in the most comfortable way :)
So far I really love wearing the PMP and I'm wearing it around 14h a day without any problems. From comparing your pictures now with it, I can also say that their rod system looks much more stable than this one here from phallosan, no plastic parts.

I still want to try the Phallosan as it has lots of good reviews, but damn - this all just looks like cheap plastic? Even the base ring? And how can the iron rods break that easily, wtf?! Is it comfortable to wear?

Maybe I'll do a comparison between both of them Phallosan vs. PMP or so, still have to think if I'll buy it. I just heard bad stuff about their silicone sleeves and easy tearing of them.
What's your experience with their silicone sleeves and protector caps, have you needed to buy lots of them or do they last long? Just heard from lots of people they use other sleeves and not the original ones so they have better durability.

I could have just had a factory fault but still.......you would think them to be sturdier? The condom sleeves they provide are great, I have had no issues whatsoever with them, I've only used 1 so far in about (roughly) 7 to 8 months use, plenty of spares still sitting in the box. The belt system and bell/vacuum are awesome, love using it.

Edit: the caps were not the greatest, very soft like the old absilicone sleeves, good when they are brand new but very delicate to external forces and any sharper edges like fingernails. I don't use caps any more though.

Yes, sturdier for sure. I will upload pictures when I do a comparison.
Oh well, still using the same sleeve like 7-8 months ago sounds great! I've just heard about some that they teared every few days so they looked for other ones because there they cost like $25/piece.
About the caps: So you're using it wouth a cap? Don't you get lymph then at the glans?

Thanks for answering so detailed buddy!

Pick up a SiliStretcher that has a lifetime warranty and so many more options than the Phallosan or any other ADS for that matter. You’ll be very happy with your purchase and it’s guaranteed for your whole life

How did you get the Plus system? I didn't think it was available in the US yet.

I live in Australia, it was an added extra option when I ordered it from their website. I didn't order through MoS, though I should have, I just didn't think about that when I got it cause I had been on an extended break from pe and wasn't getting around the forums like I used to.

I think the older model sleeves had a rep for tearing very easily, that hasn't been the case from my experiences though.

The only fluid build up I get is occasionally a small line either side of my frenulum along the underside of the ridge that dissipates within a half hour or so.
I wear a silisleeve on my shaft that ends just below the glans ridge by about 4 to 5 millimetres, I put the bell over the glans, roll the phallosan condom down til it makes contact with the silisleeve, pump once, continue to roll the sleeve all the way down and lock off the bellows, perfect seal at the lowest pressure you can use to hold everything securely, so fluid build up is not really an issue ?

you got this on lock! When you’re ready to switch over to the SiliStretcher let me know and I’ll give you a big discount. I hate what happened with your Phallosan so I will make that up for you.

That's very generous of you D and I appreciate the gesture.
I'm literally on day 90 today of this block of training and have plans for the silistretcher down the track, primarily for hanging. I want to continue what I'm currently doing for another month or so, the find on this 'new skin' product recently and how much more intensely I can train not only with belt tension ads but how hard I can stretch by hand without glans sensitivity as the limiting factor has been eye opening, it quite literally has allowed me to train twice as hard and long as opposed to even 2 weeks ago so I am really excited to push that as far as I can before upgrading to other equipment/training methods.

when I had an issue with my very used PF they made the replacement within days of me emailing them.

All they asked was that I emailed them an image of the broken part so they replaced the correct thing.
They had it shipped within a day or two.

Keep me in the loop and let me know when you’re ready so I can give you that discount. God bless you my brother!

The problem you are going to face like other people with the Phallosan rod system is that it is not a solid steel adjustment pin and will snap at that point. Unlike the SizeGenetics rod system, that part Phallosan makes is casted metal which is a weak process used for high production. SizeDoctor had the same issue from people trying to adjust the rods downward when the system doesn't adjust that way. We had sourced upgrade parts to help counteract it. As mentioned above, they will replace it once you send them an email. You may want to order extra pins because they will most likely snap again.

Thanks for the reply Lightning ? I dug out my original SG that I purchased about 8 years ago and am using that now, you can tell the SG is made a lot more sturdy, it just feels solid and all the mechanical parts wind/adjust smoothly, also the pins collapse in to the arms cleanly, the PF felt a little clunky in that regard, thankfully all the rods and bell attachment are a perfect match to the SG so I'll just stick to that cause I don't really need a replacement.
