Phallason/Silli Stretcher

Everytime I use a vac sleeve type Stretcher I get the swollen like edema. What causes this and how can I reduce this. I could wear my devices longer but eventually the swelling becomes too much and looks terrible.

This should not be a problem with the SiliStretcher but I do hear it happens with phallosan.

Ahh ok. Well crap, I guess I'll order the sili. I bought the Phallason a WHILE back and tried using it for like a week and gave up lol. I have recently taken a more serious attitude tword PE so I tried it again and same stuff even after 2 weeks of trying to acclimate to it. Does anyone know the approximate vac of the regular bathmate? I can go max of the spring without any issues or discomfort, wondering how much improvement the pump style would be or if it's even nessisary to have more vac pressure.

They have money back policy. Return the Phallosan.
