Hi guys,

When using a noose based/strap type extender. What do you guys feel is the optimum length for the extender in relation to the penis length?

Some guides advise you go 1.5cm less than your flaccid stretched length, whilst others say go 1cm over your erect length.

Would really appreciate any input in this area and what you guys have found works best for you?

I never measured the exact length of my rods and rather went by feel. I always set up the rods so that it allowed me to stretch at maximum tension straight out when attached so that I have plenty of screws length to play with as the penis relaxes and elongates into the stretch. Then as soon as I managed to bottom out the screws I added another 0.25" rod the next day and repeat the cycle.

So I would say you want to go with the maximum rods as possible that allow you to attach the extender without having your dick slide out, this will take some experimentation to figure out at first.

In a traction ADS like the SizeGenetics you want to stretch about a quarter inch beyond your erect size. All men have at least a quarter inch in flaccid stretched bone pressed length. So be sure to go beyond what your erect bonepressed length is even if it’s only a quarter inch.

So is it safe to say that if your a heavy guy with a fat pocket and you can get your fingers under it when it's extended out then I have the rods too short?

That makes sense to me since I am a guy with a huge fat pocket LOL

The issue I'm having is without any extra bars it's easy to get on but not sure it's getting a good stretch but whit the next size up bars it's hard to get on by myself. Even with the next size up bars and help to get it on I feel a heavy stretch so much that when I sit the head pulls out not slip I mean pulls out and feels like it's scratching the glands.

How do I tell that I'm getting a good stretch but not overdoing it? I'm only 2 weeks and 3 days into using an extender

Also with the longer bar it seems to pull a lot of the sack skin with it.
One pic is with short bars
Second with the next size up bars

What size bar are you trying to get in? You can add tension by turning the base screws also if it’s below a quarter inch

Without adding extra bars I can turn screws all the way out and expose thread and it's a decent stretch but again not on the pelvic bone. When I add the next step up which I think is either an inch or 1/2 its a struggle to get it on and I have to clamp the head tight thus causing discomfort and the glad stats to change color

I would focus on staying at a comfortable stretch for now and get some basic stretches in to try to get that next bar in comfortably as possible. The manual work will be active gaining while your extender will be passive healing. This is a basic premise of SRT.

Still, trying to learn the aberrations what is SRT?

Click the link and you can read all about it. But basically SRT is a routine that utilizes every possible angle of gaining and healing available. Use his tools and manual work in tandem to bring insanely quick growth. SRT will deliver gains faster than any other routine available. SRT is my two decades of work put into one routine.

Extender use is too cumbersome brother, get yourself a length master. You will never regret it.
