Fellow enlargers...(what a niche group) ? "Making All Men Equal the painful way." ??
I just joined so that I could share this great alternative to the sometimes, suddenly excruciating Foam Ring bind/pinch/pain! ?
I've tried it all! Pumping, weights, etc, but I've been using Phallosan for several years now and my results have made me feel very good. I was about 5.25" erect before, now I'm nearly to 7". I also hang lose at 4.5"! ? Now I know how women with big tits and no bra feel, LOL. It's bizarre to feel my bigger dick flop in gym shorts without underwear. ? "So this is how those other guys felt in high school gym class". It sure gives one more confidence; humans are a trip, Anyway... The Foam Ring lasted the years until recently developing cracks. I put up with a lot of painful moments when the ring, because it's silicone rubber, would suddenly grip skin and PULLLLLLLL as if it hit a nerve while I'm walking through a store or worse situation ?. Silicone lube would work sometimes but....Enough!
Some sort of soft, stretchy fabric seemed a good possibility, then I looked down at a pack of micro-fiber towels ?!
I rolled one up, fixed the two ends together and... my pain was gone forever! I can wear it so long, the only thing I fear now are pressure blisters on my glans (OuCH!) Please be mindful of that.
I used tiny safety pins for the first experiment and I'm still using it months later, but you could also attached the 2 ends with glue wrapped in tape, just overlap a small portion. So simple, soft and comfortable! I attached a pic. The microfiber cloths I used measure 16 x 15 1/4". I think they're from Harbor Freight.
BTW - I've never had a Phallosan penis sleeve rip and I never use cornstarch or any powder at all! Just wash w/soap & water, dry for the best overall grip. I never have an issue. My guess is they rip for the same reason that some people can't draw or sing. Skill level and dexterity can vary by person. Be patient. I also coat my glans with vitamin E before inserting into the bell. This can have several benefits as well as keep the glans from getting stuck sideways as you pump. Whoops!
I'm currently using the large bell with medium sleeve because the large sleeve had a defect (bubble) but was past warranty by the time I advanced to it. It was also slightly too large to grip the shaft for long. The Medium sleeve can work with Large bell if you're at an in-between stage of growth. Only slightly stretch the sleeve making sure the mold lines under your fingers. Be sure your fingernails are cut short and keep sleeves out of reach of cats ?. The rubber is an attractant and the unseen claw holes will have you wondering why you can't keep a pump in the bell, ?.
GO Get growing with comfort!
Best to you all! Any questions, comments, results, please post. ?

Awesome! Can you give us directions on how you created this? This may be one of the most important advances in attachments I have seen in years

Yeah it was an incredible upgrade for me after years of that foam ring. ?
The idea is documented but if someone wants to mass produce for cheap (foam ring price is ridiculous), let me know. ?
I thought it more important to share with the community.

Okay, so, like I said, use the microfiber towels. Mine measure 16" x 16". I think they're from Harbor Freight. They're thin. You don't want thick ones.
Here's a link, I believe these are the they...luxe-finish...
Just roll one up (square like a poster, not diagonal) fairly tight and overlap the two ends. Tape/glue will not work because you want to be sure the all layers are bound, not just the outer one...that would pull apart. What I did was use 2 small safety pins inserted through all layers in a crisscross fashion (see pic, important). Then be sure to put that joined part of your new cloth ring through the loop in the belt as seen in photo at the Velcro connector.
Some people may prefer to sew through the layers with thread or nylon.
That Velcro connector will also grab onto some of the microfiber cloth when you press it together. Make sure it's Velcro'd fairly tight; don't worry about lining up the Velcro squarely, pull it a little higher and press it down.
My experimental piece was done months ago and it's still working as it did on day one. I wear it all the way around my scrotum and don't even know it's there; can even wear it at the gym.
That's all there is too it.
One other thing... the towels do have a hemmed edge with thread. You want to make sure this edge is on the outside, not inside of the cloth ring when you secure it under the Velcro connector, make sense? Otherwise there could be some discomfort because that hemmed edge doesn't stretch like the rest of the cloth. ?
BTW - The Pic is with the Velcro opened to show one of the 2 pins, crossways; the 2nd pin is underneath, crossing in the other direction. It's really simple physics.. the pins can't move in that crissXcross position, tightly under the Velcro buckle. ?

Thank you so much my brother I truly appreciate it! I’m going to make this a sticky.

You’re welcome my brother in any other information or questions you have come on back and ask them we’re here to help you

Thank you brutha! Would like to hear your feedback after trying.
BTW - I never wear the silicone glans cover. Never liked it and got a blister one time. ? I know some say poke holes in it but I get by without it.
As I said, I put some Vitamin E oil on the glans before inserting into the bell.
I rarely wear it for more than 5 hours/day and break one day/week.
If a part or tip of your glans starts to feel sensitive/sore after wearing, that's the a layer of skin starting to weaken. If you go off a couple days, you'll see that skin dry up and rub off, doesn't hurt... that would've become a blister had you not taken a break. At least that's been my observation.
Cheers!

Will do my brother! This is such a brilliant modification I hope all users see it and that’s why I made it a sticky

Thank you so much for this great idea. I too have felt the pinch of that ring that comes with it. It’s intolerable after a while. The micro fibre cloths means I can now do my target 16 hour days.
I also don’t wear the silicone cap thing as I’m uncut.
the only problem I get with long hours is water retention, but it is not painful and goes down after an hour of taking the phallosan off.
I also find that just washing the sleeve and cup everyday helps with keeping it working well and hygienically, and I’ve never had a sleeve rip.
I’m currently 6 inches erect and my target is 7.5
Once again great tip, it has saved me a from lot of pain

You are so welcome my brother!! It's just wonderful to be back helping out again
