Haahahah, poor shamrock, did you guys check out the shirt Ortiz was wearing, it said "punishing people into retirement" Good stuff, I hope he beats Lidel bloody.

I think it actually said "Punishing HIM into retirement, Oct. 10 2006". Shamrock has been a joke for a while now, just collecting paychecks from the UFC. I was super disappointed in the fight tho, Shamrock basically let himself get taken down and then gave up quickly. I wasnt too fond of the lovey dovey shit at the end, if you have such a heated rivalry with someone who you claim you HATE, you don't all of a sudden hug and change things. Ortiz is one of the hardest training fighters around, and I too hope he dominates Chuck Lidell.

shamrock was old and tito was younger and stronger, think it was time for him to quit shamrock lost his last 4 fights 1 to rich franklin and the last 3 to tito. speaking of tito, chuck is gonna knock his ass out again

tito vs lidell will be an AMAZING fight...can't wait!

Anyone gonna watch the PPV tonight? I'm excited to see Franklin / Silva, I've only seen Silva fight once, and Im pretty sure that was against Chris Leben. I think Franklin will win, but it should be close, and I actually would prefer to see Silva take it.

I usually go up to Buffalo Wild Wings and watch the UFC PPVs, 49.99 is a bit steep for a few hours of tv. Although many times in the past have I been burnt by ordering Mike Tyson PPV's! Haha.

I think Franklens gonna come on top, I don't think I can say the same for "ken flow" , poor guy is gonna get hit hard

Off the topic, I think Hughes is so ill, he could take on possible Franklen, and possible dominate another weight class.
Him and Lidel was on Esp- something the other day, and where talking basically the same thing, only about Lidel going up to Heavyweight, if he runs out of opponents. hughes also said he would never fight Franklen cuz they have been friends for along time and it wouldn't be going down like that.

Ortiz owned shamrock, shamrock should retire, I agree Ortiz vs Liddell is gonna b freakin amazin match,
