NEW* Questions about what device to use

I'm new here but I've been following the topic of PE for about a month and a half now,
but was hesitant to take the next step in buying a device to start my journey.

(I haven't done any sort of PE at all COMPLETE NEWBIE. 😅 )
Well I've decided that has to stop and that there's (obviously) no point in snooping around and not taking action.

I've had my eyes on the Penimaster Pro, and I was wondering if you guys think thats a viable option or not?

also if anyone is able to show me some of the dos and donts with PE before I get started, because I really don't want to injure my dude down there 😂
