new injury after a lot of hanging length work, tip getting torn up

My injury is coming back in full force after 20 minutes of vacuum or a compression work. I included the photo of it. It's not really open cuts now. I honestly don't know what it is, my guess is it's kind of bruising. Hydrocortisone really isn't helping this part. And I'm on a standstill because I'm only doing my stretching work which causes this injury, when I'm healed of it. so now I got to give this about two weeks, and see what I can do. Maybe use penis caps, or just tape over my head, I honestly don't know. I have a feeling as well this is an injury that is going to be here all the time. For a long time, maybe over a year., I've never had these issues. I think a couple times I overdid it and caused this injury and now it's just coming back easily. It does feel pretty easily. From that picture just about 3 days from that I was pretty much fully healed, but it just comes back after 20 minutes of stretching every time.

Ty dld :) this is a tough thing for me to answer. Somewhat because I'm still just healing and not experimenting with different processes to know for certain.

Because absolutely it could be an individual thing that I'm doing causing this. But for 100%, I get it both with vacuum hanging and LM hanging. I think both are related though, involving my rap and maybe more of a penis head protection.

I can't make this post too long, but some things I think it could be is my wrapping. If I leave the tip of my penis unwrapped I'm 95% sure it causes this. If I wrap my Head up I think I get less injury. I can't experiment yet because I'm fully healing. As for vacuum usage I have a bell ADS that I use, and I use about an inch of a sleeve over my head to fit into the bell snugly so the tip of my penis is uncovered, maybe causing this injury.

Soon maybe this week, I will try wrapping my head and hang for 10 minutes see what happens. I do have head protection caps. And maybe I'll try going into the bell for vacuum with no sleeve on my head. The problem there the head swells a lot but I do know I can massage that out.

This is incredibly frustrating for me I was on a very good routine and it feels just almost a hopeless thing that I can't get past this, and I'm even kind of afraid to keep getting this injury maybe causing it to be permanent. As of today, it's healed fairly well you can barely tell I had anything.
 
So today I did a 30-minute hang split up in three sessions. And it went well! No injury! The two things I believe I did different was only 10 minute sessions. But my wrapping I kind of changed drastically. I took that soft sports wrap under wrap and basically tightly wrapped up my head rides it's almost bent over the tip of my penis. My goal was to relieve as much pressure as I can at that very very tip of my penis as seen in my photo. They seem to work! I only did 30 minutes. I didn't do any bundles because I was afraid of my injury. So this is still good positive.

What awesome news! What you’re doing is great and don’t push yourself beyond what you can handle. Seems like the wrap was the biggest issue and now you should be able to increase time and intensity as your body allows. ??
 
Basically, I do at least 3 hours of length work everyday, for the past several months. Two of those hours are hanging, one is LM work.

Always the tip of my penis has been sensitive, gets a little red sometimes little cuts but nothing terribly serious. This also isn't a serious injury, right now. But the tip of my glans it's basically just all dried out and becoming just torn up. Small cuts etc.

I know about the creams and the ointments. I'm mostly just trying to wrap my thoughts around how to prevent this. I wrap the tip of my glans as tight as I can with tape, wrap, and sports tape.

Only solution that I can think of is to make sure all my blood is out of my glans, which I always make sure I do best I can, and to perhaps limit my sessions. I do think maybe 20 minutes is the sweet spot then I got to recirculate.

Any suggestions? I've been trying my wrapping techniques for a very long time so I don't think it's that. I'm kind of stumped how to prevent this other than limit sessions and really emphasize no blood is at my tip. Also, I don't really use any creams or moisturizers, the tip of my penis does seem to be getting very dried out with this length work, so maybe moisturizing will help although I don't see it fixing the root of it.

I think the injury is mostly from the length master pushing so much pressure on the very tip of the penis with vacuum hanging and ADS putting a lot of pressure at the very tip tip.


You shouldn't go more than 20mins per session with the length master. I'm currently doing four sets of 20mins length master sessions daily.

You are going get to your length goal very quickly
 
I mean, 20mins is one session. When I'm using the length master, I don't spend more than 20mins per session.
