I FEEL TYPING IN ALL CAPS AND RUN-ON SENTENCES ARE A NUISANCE.
Perhaps you previously felt sexually inadiquate and embarrassed and now that you feel as though you have something to exibit you want people to pay attention to it. This seems like a problem that has existed even before your new developments and you should take measures to adress it..

Alright, so here's my input on this: I doubt that this desire to cheat is a result of your Penis Enlargement so much as an expression of something that's been in there for a while, and your Penis Enlargement allowed it out. So rather than a 'Should I or shouldn't I?' or even a 'Am I normal?' you might want to take some time in introspection and find out why it is that you feel like your wife isn't enough. Figure out how long those feelings have been floating around in your head and why they're there. Just something to think about.
