Hey men!

So yeah, as it's happened to many with hard flaccid I edged a lot while watching ���� and since that time (February) my penis has been dysfunctional. I'ts shorter, thinner and weaker than it used to be.

My urologist scanned it and said the tissues are all cured so I guess it cured incorrectly and thus I'm smaller now.

Gotta train hard bc it's taking months to recover my size.

I DON'T want to get bigger than I was. I just miss my size and potence.

Hey! Sorry about your experience, that's rough, but the good news is your goal is definitely attainable. What size were you before vs your size now? I'd wager you wouldn't have to do much, maybe just soften the tissue with mild stretching and combination with an ADS (or even just a sleeve.) Mild heat via pad or wet washcloth might help with malleability also. Potency is a more complex issue. From a physical standpoint there are exercises like kegels, and fairly accessible medication like a PDE5 inhibitor (I'd recommend low dose tadalafil.) The other aspect of potency is mental, so you could try abstaining from ����/masturbation (avoiding the addiction and dopamine dump,) try exercising, get adequate sleep and hydration etc and see if that helps.

I'm sure others can chime in but that's my initial thoughts.

1. Previous size: 18,5 x 15 cm. Current size: 17,5 x 14,5 cm (at most because it varies due to weakness).

2. I don't watch ���� nor masturbate. I got used to not masturbating while my dick was useless during the first weeks after hard flaccid occured. And yeah, probably had PIED in the beginning.

3. I exercise often and I'm in good shape except what you know.

So about 1 x 0.5cm change? You can definitely gain that back. I'd say your cheapest route would be checking out DLD's beginner routine for a solid start in manuals and possible purchase a silicone sleeve to stay extended.

Alright that helps narrow it down. The things I mentioned are most common for someone our age (20's,) but it is obviously not those so it must be something else. How is your sex drive, the EQ aside? How stressful is your life right now? Have you considered on occams razor, that possibly the anxiety from this situation itself has caused (at least in part) your issues? You said it varies, so I would look back at for trends on when it's better/worse, that might give you an idea.

1. Where is that routine? I've been on jelqing, clamping and rudimentary pumping for a while (one lurks before signing up haha).

2. My sex drive is fine. I'm straight btw.

3. The EQ is not very ok. It gets hard in a smaller size, as I've said. Sometimes smaller, sometimes bigger (hardly ever over 17,5 x 14,5 cm), sometimes harder and sometimes weaker.

4. I'm not very stressed but definitely been worried since I got limp in February.

I do soak my penis in hot water for a few minutes (5-15) almost every day. I've never tried stretching routines in these 9 months. I'm gonna try it, hope it works!

😃 Thanks for the compliments but it's not massive... at all 😅. I've always considered it to be a "basic big" type at most. Some say it'sa lot of girth... idk. It's been months since I don't get that big.

Pinned in the newbie section, some of the links no longer work, but for you I would focus on the stretches and warm up/down portion (DLD listed some options.) If you're still pumping/clamping (especially clamping) I would practice extreme caution given your current state. As for the potency have you tried something like meditating to decrease anxiety about this? After all I hope I don't offend anyone given the nature of this community, but sex and your penis are a relatively small aspect of your entire life, so it's not worth having TOO much anxiety over. If you're sure it's not anxiety related and it's nothing else previously mentioned, it could be worthwhile to go talk to your doctor, get a male hormone panel and possibly medication if need be (like I said before low dose cialis.)
