Welcome back.

I note that you gained 1.7 inches of length, can you tell us how long that took and how you did it?

A Son has returned today, one of our Brothers has come home...kill the fatted calf and pour the good wine!

Welcome Home my Brother!

You should measure to know your current size. Maybe measure once in 6 months or once in 12 months. I like the idea of staying away from measuring. I noticed that, I tend to stop training whenever I measure.

I measure all the time.
My opinion: If you don't see growth (including semi-permanent growth) before 6 months you need to make your programming more efficient.

Also with measuring you can gauge the intensity of your program. You can double check if your temporary expansion and/or elongation are enough for growth. I just think it's better to measure and to know all data points.

Your eyes and brain are unique. Even when you don't measure physically, your eyes and brain can defect subtle changes to give you visual queues. This subtle queue from the brain can tell us early issues and need corrective actions to prevent loss of time doing the wrong thing.

I did that as well.

Past a point and you risk developing penis dismorphic disorder. You never see that your penis is big.

I had the same with power lifting/going to the gym. I could not buy clothes, they did not fit. This was the only thing that pulled me back to the reality, of how big my body was.

Just saying. Our eyes can fool us as well.
