V, Sorry to hear about your issue.
But please be specific,
1. Have you stopped all PE since your injury?
2. When was your last Decon?
3. What was your exact routine for the years of pumping
Next steps:
1. Stop all pumping and exercises for 12 weeks. Consider this your Decon period that you need to do anyways, regardless of the injury.
2. Go to a doctor, explain what happened. Do not feel embarrassed at all. Get 2 or 3 doctors to look into it.
3. Don't do P-shot or any shock until you are fully healed. If you do P-shot, the only way you supposedly benefit is with pumping. So you would be back to square one. With what you described P-shot and shock should not even be on your mind for 2 years after no problems at all.
4. With what you are talking about I estimate a few months to fully heal
When you want to get back to PE 4-6 months from now:
1. Consider jelqing lightly
2. Have you done manual stretches? Get the

3. Only do water pumping less than 8 Hg- 5 min for 3 weeks and then 10 min month 2 and 15 min month 3 (not
bathmate when you come back). Do pumping not for penis growth but for EQ. Get it?
Consider this for you considering your injury:
1. Consider this, you can do water pumping for EQ for life but pumping for PE that you need to do in a routine. Meaning you push hard during your routine times, so for 4-8 months. Then back to pumping for EQ and after your decon, do something else or go back to strong pumping, but you have to give the D a little bit of a break. I'm about to do a post about my first water pumping issue when I went on an intense routine for 5 months but I know it's my body just telling me to chill a bit.
