It's based on what the objective you're reaching, including your EQ. If your EQ is no problem coming in and going out of the Bathmate after the routines, you can just get the larger diameter cylinder. If you're having EQ issues, go for a cylinder that is just barely above your MSEG to retain rigidity during initial pumping sets, and go for the larger ones for the extreme expansion on the latter sets.
If you're looking for length as well, make sure to always stay 2in above your BPEL. Since you're at 7.9in, and thinking of going into 10in in the future days, stay ahead by getting a cylinder that is 12in tall/long. You're already in the golden length zone, so an 10in long cylinder is more than enough, but our eyes and hunger for longer penis will never cease.
So, the main game plan is:
- Going into the cylinder at 5.1in girth, the next size up is 1.75in cylinder. So, specifically, a 12inx1.75in cylinder is your current needs. This will expand your girth to 5.3in-ish coming out, holding your EQ in full strength and more. Having a 12inx2.25in cylinder to follow up will hyper expand your penis. Get a 12inx2.5in later when your penis finally catches up on the expansion.
- If you don't need to worry about your EQ, then 12inx2.25in cylinder to achieve your 7in girth at the end, creating uniform penis from bottom to top. If you want to exceed 7in, 12inx2.5in is your go to cylinder.
Think carefully of what you need. My current layout is a 1.75in cylinder (gotten pretty tight after 1 pumping set), a 2in cylinder (for pumping 2 sets), with the 2.25in cylinder (for the final 2 sets), and a 2.5in cylinder on standby for days down the road. My Bathmate is the 2.65in to end it all.
