it’s always a big surprise when you wait 90 days to measure. If you have a good work out after 90 days you should see growth. But constantly measuring it’s like watching the grass grow. There are two measurements that you can make before the 90 days; one is your post workout girth, This is to make sure you’re seeing expansion with every workout. The other is your flaccid stretched bone-pressed length and this is done for the same reason to make sure that the routine you’re using is working. Outside of the two measurements only measure once every 90 days.
