Is There A Specific Exercise Regime To Get Shane Diesel's Girth

Making a penis with those dimensions one needs to work on width. The best exercise to widen the penis is DLD toilet compressions. For some reason I’m not finding it anywhere on the list. The closest I can come is DLD Tub stretch. Can you paste the link?

perfect. Thanks DLD. That’s kind of what I envisioned it being but that helps a ton. I’ll have to add these into my morning routine. How many sets/reps or time do you recommend?
I would go for 10 to 15 minutes
 
Damn, this is an awesome exercise. Somehow in all my years of PE, I never tried out these (or any other "squeeze" variations). My girth gains have been mostly "depth" rather than width, and now I can see why--I wasn't targeting width!

I've been using the toilet squeezes for the past few days and can feel the effects already. Can't wait to see how this goes -- about to grow W I D E.

speaking of exercises you’ve invented, how many sets/reps of DLD Blasters do you recommend doing, and should we do them every day? I couldn’t seem to find your protocol for them anywhere on the forum. Gonna start trying them out tomorrow.

I don’t really go for reps I go for time. So if I was doing DLD blasters exclusively I would spend a half hour doing them. Some people can hold a blaster for a minute other people and hold it for five minutes so go for the best you can instead of reps.

Hmm ok. I’ll try to do 10 minutes post Lengthmaster then. They get a little hard on my foreskin. Am I supposed to “feel” the stretch anywhere in particular. It feels as if I can pull with tremendous force but don’t “feel” the stretch happening anywhere. Not over my wrist, or at the base. Am I doing something wrong perhaps?
 
I've always thought Shane did alot of pumpin', but I do know if you want great girth gains, clamping & SSJs is the way to go. Two exercises, simple and easy to do.

do you mean feel the stretch while using the LM or feel the stretch while doing the DLD BLASTERS?

I definitely feel my stretches with my LM. I mean specifically on the DLD blasters. I don’t seem to feel them anywhere. What is a good sign post that you’re doing this correctly? Tension at the base? Or the shaft? The only thing I ever feel is my skin getting sore from pulling so hard

That’s normal you don’t feel an incredible stretch going on because you’re using a fulcrum which means much of that intensity you’re not going to feel. Just be sure that you pull back all of your skin before you grip or you will be stretching skin.

As long as I get that 7 inches girth. the width does not matter.
