When I use a penis pump and pump my penis up fully I reach 9 inches so does that mean I could have a 9 inches penis or have one ?

That is called potential gains. Your penis tends to expand and extend to its maximum size under pressure. This is your potential growth that the penis will yield itself to for growth. This is why we remind the brothers to keep a 40 to 60 minutes minimum of post routine full volume using a penis ring. This acts like a crow bar in prying the gaps wide open to make the potential growth happens by inducing cellular growth.

Let's break it down a bit. Let's based it on your moniker (your ID). Say you're at 8in right now. In the pump, under around 4inHg or 5inHg, your penis elongated to 9in. This means your penis, when you force it to grow, using PE routines and methods, your penis is willing to grow 9in and beyond. The moment you start to perform the routines for lengthening and girth, but you don't see any of the potential growth, where the penis is not stretching any more or expanding any further, your potential gain is no long there. Your penis is unwilling to growth any more. The phrase "potential gain" is a determination of how much your penis is willing to adapt to growth and is willing to grow. 70% of the time, your penis will display the potential growth every few weeks when you are doing your routines consistently. After 2 or 3 months of continually doing your routines, but your penis does not show any more potential growth, it's a sign that your penis is reaching its maximum end, and you are about to hit a plateau, a temporary max point you can say. There are ways to get past it when you get there.

So, in your case when you use the pump, your potential growth is 9in. Keep pumping, and you'll see your potential growth keeps on going beyond 9in every few weeks.

Now, let's cover the 40-60 minutes of post pumping. When you pump, your penis expands and elongates. Let's use the 9in again. Outside of the pump, you are around 8in. In the pump, the negative pressure yanks on your penis and stretches your penile tissues to 9in. That means there's a tug and pull on your tissues to make your penis longer. During the tug and pull, your cells in your penis is being broken apart. Every few seconds of being ripped apart, your cells try to heal themselves and try to duplicate themselves to fill in the missing gaps when your penis is being pulled longer. The cells don't like gaps. It's your body defending mechanism to protect itself from outside invasion of bacteria and viruses. Every gap must be filled. So, when you complete your pumping, you can use either a gentle wrap, a penis ring, or a stretchable device to keep your penis elongated and enlarged. What do I mean by that?
  • Wrap or use the penis ring at the base of the penis, or below your scrotum. Make sure not to tightly wrap the penis and cut of blood from coming in and going out completely. Just enough to slow the blood that is in your penis from leaving it too fast.
  • Get your erection going. This will get the fresh blood into your penis. When the blood enters your penis at a full 100% erection, we call this "full volume". Remember this full volume. When you fill the penis up, you also force the gaps created during pump to remain wide open. This helps the repairing cells to also duplicate themselves to fill in the gaps. This needs between 40 to 60 minutes to tell the cells to duplicate. The longer you keep it expanded elongated, the better. You don't have to keep an erection. Your wrap or penis ring will slow the blood down for you. This is called restrictive blood flow, and not constrictive. Restrictive is to slow down. Constrictive means to stop completely. Just know that constrictive in PE routines is bad. Very bad.
  • The wrap or penis ring at the base of your penis should slow the blood from exiting the penis between 2 to 3 minutes. The blood will deliver the necessary oxygen, building blocks, and nutrients to your cells that need the materials to repair and duplicate themselves. WARNING!!! DO NOT allow your blood to be trapped more than 10 minutes at a time. That means your 100% volume should reduce down to around 60% volume at around 5 minutes later. You can stretch it to around 10 minutes. BUT, the moment you past 5 minutes, your chance of getting a blood clot that can hurt you gets higher and higher. After 10 minutes, your chance of getting a blood clot is 70%. At 15 minutes, it rises to 85%. At 30 minutes and more, it's 95% of the time. You may not feel it now, but soon enough, you'll get that feeling of odd phantom pain somewhere in your body. That is the blood clot doing a number in your veins. Read up on deep vein thrombosis and you'll understand.
  • After 5 to 10 minutes, squeeze the remaining blood in your penis out, and get a new erection to get another 100% blood volume back in.
Whenever you can, keep your penis wrapped up at the base so you can continuously keep the expansion and elongation going all day, as long as you can. DO NOT DO THIS when you go to sleep. It will cause more harm than good.

Ok so I don’t actually know how long I should be pumping for when I’m 9 inches because it is very taxing on my penis I can only be 9 inches pumped for a few minutes so if u can tell me how long I should be pumping for that time. would be really helpful . Ok so when I’m done pumping at 9 inches for however long I need to do what is the exact next step is it the cock ring or do I wait until I get soft then use the cock ring ? It doesn't matter if you're 1in or 15in, the pumping is the same. Read and understand the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine first. 5 minutes of pumping, 5 minutes of slow squash jelq, and 3 sets. That makes around 30 minutes of expansion exercise routine. This is the starting point. However, it's not about just pumping. It also involves monitoring where you are with the pressure gauge. Don't just go from 0inHg to 10inHg and injure yourself. Slowly raise your pressure up. Start out at 3.5inHg. This is the normal erection internal pressure. A pressure pump should always, ALWAYS have a pressure gauge. Never, ever EVER!!! go without one and based on "feels". This is how the brothers injure themselves. Around 5inHg is when the true expansion begins for growth. Some of the brothers going towards 10inHg. That's them. They already been doing this for a long while. When you start out, start low. It will take you a few months before you can go up to 8inHg, or even at the upper safe limit of 10inHg. Slow down, be safe, and growth smartly.

Ok so when I’m done pumping at 9 inches for however long I need to do what is the exact next step is it the cock ring or do I wait until I get soft then use the cock ring ?
After the 30 minutes of pumping and slow squash jelq (SSJ), use the wrap/penis ring right away. You don't have to wait until your penis becomes soft and lose like an overcooked spaghetti noodle. Wrap/strap the penis ring on, get an erection to 100% volume, and then relax your erection. As long as you can get the blood into your penis and keep it as expanded as possible for the next 40-60 minutes, you're good.

By the way, don't watch the adult entertainment whenever you can. Ease up and back away from it. Do your best getting erection using other means of stimulation.

Pumped size is your predicted potential gain sizes. When you perform pumping without any fluid retention, that is your potential size once you cement your gains as permanent size. There will be a hard stopping wall somewhere along the way when no matter how much and hard you pump, it does not go further. This is a plateau. There are tricks around it.

In your case, due to tissue density, switch to a 2 days off, 1 day on with extreme lateral breakage (twisting) from the glans down to the base, follows by lengthening. More kegels means more fight back. More tugging without first lateral breakage means more preservation mode by the body.

2 brothers in the past surpassed this high density issues by investing 2 times the work on lateral breakage and 1 time on the elongation. It only take 3 months to break out of the plateau with good gains again through this reprogrammong of tissues.

Try this method of approach:

If you have a tool, either be LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging or a modified broomstick with 2in quick release pipe grips (like I did back in 2001), use as much lateral contortion as you can while stretching. This means, strap below the glans, and twist until there is no more room to twist. Remember the amount of degrees you go in one direction, do the same for the other side. Make side to provide the same amount of time under contortion pressure and stretches.

Approach with 5 minutes of SSJ. But rather than SSJ with OK grips at the base and below the glans, both grips at the base, and force expansion upwards to the glans in a slow, steady, and aggressive pressure. Spend your time here with SSJ.

Under the pump, spend 3 minutes from your base pressure and stay there. Your base pressure at this point may be 11inHg. Whatever it is, stay there for 3 minutes.

Again, SSJ with double grips at the base. Full force as you move from base of the penis to the glans. Each SSJ may take between 1 to 2 minutes. Do as many sets as you can for SSJ to burn a total of 5 minutes.

Resume pumping, but, 3 minutes at your base pressure, with 30 second interval at your highest upper pressure, back to base pressure, then upper pressure. Use up the 3 minutes.

Resume SSJ.
Resume pumping for 3 minutes.

Try the 5x3x5 for now. See if it works in a week. If you are a glimpse of improvement, you got your method of attack. We'll go with it and expand to a different method. You can continue with the method of approach on top of this as well.
