I want 9"

This looks like a good workout are these the workouts that you were using to make the 2 inch gain that you have made?

Day 1 ligs
5 min kegels
Worm up 5 min
6 min bundled stretch
10 min btc stretch
10 min manual hanging stretch
10 min straight out left &right stretch
10 min pipe v stretch
15 min bathmate pulles
5 sets of 1 min ulies
Wear sizegenetics till next workout


Day 2 tunica
5 min kegels
Worm up 5 min
6 min bundled stretch
10 min straight down left & right stretch
10 min straight out left& right stretch
10 min straight up left & right stretch
10 min pipe a stretch
15 min bathmate pulles
5 sets of 1 min ulies
Wear sizegenetics till next workout


Day 3 internal

Worm up 5 min

12 min __________ stretch
20 min pipe a stretch
15 min bathmate pulles stretches

Can't spend time like that ? but I guess I have to...
I recommend you to focus on girth now on . It's good length need to be bigger and wider

I’m not sure if two days of rest is even necessary with this work out.

I don't take rest days if I can help it and remember to always stay extended when you're not working out I like using a extender or silisleev.

You can get a 1 or 2hr workout in by just watching a movie on tv in your room just be sure you lock the door lol
 
I'm 44 I have been doing pe in my mid 20s off and on I gained my last inch in the last 2 yrs my ultimate goal is to gain 1.5 " that will bring me to 9" any thang is possible no limits

This is for those who doesn't believe that 3 inches length gains is possible. It has a lot to do with your mindset.
