i-pe.com looking for web designer, and others

Greetings,
Some of you may remember me. Its good to see MOS flourishing. I have decided to get involved with the pe community by opening my own site. I have cleared this with DLD, and he has allowed me to advertise my site i-pe.com/forums/index.php. I hope this is the right place for my post. If not feel free to move it.
My main reason for posting here is I am looking for the following people, or skill sets:
Web Designer:who is also in the pe community. I believe a person who understand pe can better help design a feel of the site that is more in line with what pe is about.
PHP Programmer : to help customize the forum.

Product Engineer: I am a systems engineer by trade. I am very strong in quality control, and validation. So I am good at coming up with tests, but not at the design, and construction.

This is not a request for help. These are for paying contracts.

Also people are welcome to join the forum. Its still rough, but many changes are taking place.

Place any penis pictures in the Member Profiles forum. There, you can post before and after pics of your progress, as well as your personal Penis Enlargement story and history, routine, and progress. While you are not forced to post your penis picture, we do encourage it. It will give you a bencHydromaxark to compare yourself to for tracking gains. Also, we do not require the presence of a ruler in these pictures, although it is highly recommended to alleviate any doubt. Also, clear, high resolution, standing, overhead shots, with the ruler on top of the penis is considered the proper way to post a picture. There are several threads in that forum which properly illustrate the process of posting a picture.

I am going to bump this. I could really use some people who know what they are doing: Web designer, product engineer ( I have the designs, just need someone who can proto type it), and someone who is strong in php. Would be great if they are a web designer as well.

Id love to help man but I'm not much for HTML or PHP. I know an awful lot about the internet in general, but not about actually PUBLISHING sites.

I'm into HTML but I don't know PHP well haha... I have a couple sites of my own as well... I didn't really read the first post of yours on this thread very well because I'm all skipping around tonight (aka hyper, as a few know me as a lot)... So yeah...

I work in web design professionally and might be able to help out.

I'm good with HTML (actually XHTML with CSS), PHP, and things
most people who aren't professionals don't know about
(accessibility, usability, etc.). If you're really looking for a quality
site these are important things to consider. My graphic design
skills aren't the best in the world, but I do alright. Also good with
client-side scripting (javascript).

I have many recommendations for you, whether I'm the one filling
them or not. Without getting into everything about being a web
designer, I'll tell you this: strive for standards compliance. Ask
the people doing the work if they know what XHTML is, what CSS
is, and what the W3C is. If they do -- good. Then ask them if
they know the importance of accessibility. A lot of people will know
about XHTML and CSS, but they won't know how to use them
correctly. If they know about accessibility, then they probably do.

As for my Penis Enlargement experience... I've been around these forums quite a
while, but my dick's still too small! > I guess you can say I just
haven't dedicated myself enough, but I know the basic exercises
like jelqing and all, so I probably know enough. And if not I can
learn. That's what web design's about -- getting a grasp of what
the other person wants to communicate and creating a design to
do it.

So maybe we'll end up working together on this, and if not, best of
luck to you with the site!

I too have a fair bit of experience programming, building WEB sites, etc. My background as a photographer speaks volumes for the fact that I have a good visual eye. All bundled together I am very good with visual design and bringing the message across in an eye pleasing professional manner. I could also help you out in your search for a PHP programmer and can easily deal with any database work you might need.
