Right now I am young and i have time on my hands. I spend roughly 3 hours everyday, doing PE. I don't know for how long this will be sustainable. One day im going to have a full time job, married, kids. I won't have the time in the future to put in 3 hours a day for PE. I was wondering how I can cement gains? I have spoken to many people who have told me they had done PE for a while but they lost there gains after they had stopped. My brother used to do PE when he was younger and he said he did it for 2 year, but went back to his original size after he had stopped. Any lads out there that cemented gains? if so, how?
