I have a clamp based hanger called the bib starter and has me gritting my teeth whenever I use it. Can someone tell me their experience with hanger ?

Hanging "comfort" is subjective. Part of it is wrap technique. Part is the device itself. There's also the weight and tissue adaptation. Virgin to hanging tissues are going to be more sensitive to the pressure applied on the penis by the hanger. It takes time and consistent application to adapt the tissues, but hanging that works is never 100% comfortable.

I've tried to explain this concept over the years and most guys don't seem to get it. You are forcing your penis to stretch and expand past its normal physiological limits. You are forcing these tissues to change permanently. It's going to be uncomfortable. The biggest guys in the gym didn't get that way comfortably. I think part of the challenge with understanding this concept is that most men only associate their penis with pleasure. So doing something uncomfortable with is a big mental (mostly) struggle.

That is absolutely true. And is something not really talked about, because for liability purposes always the consensus is that "pain is bad" "if there is pain, stop immediately" "you should not feel pain" Well, unfortunately we have to be that way because there will always be stupid retards not suitable for survival. Thats the true. If we were advocating hardcore training sessions and pain, many will end up in the hospital without a dick.

In reality, THERE IS PAIN, and to grow THERE HAS TO BE PAIN. Is just a matter of knowing what kind of pain but again, nobody has time to explain something that is common sense.

Is like working out at the gym. Heavy intense workouts that will make you grow have INTENSE PAIN. A pain so strong that you literally feel your muscle being stabbed with 100 needles. But common sense will tell you that if the pain is coming sharp from a joint, is not good. Or pain from a nerve. Or a muscle attachment. But all that is COMMON SENSE.

Same in PE. If you think your can sit in the couch cozy watching a movie with an attachment that will magically enlarge your cock, you're wasting time and money.

My limitation for example is to find the way to not rip apart the glans our of my dick. Pain, that shit is assumed tacitly.

I had the starter and I always felt like I didn't have enough room after being wrapped. The top bolt started giving me discomfort and I couldn't seat any deeper. I got the hardcore and it's counter intuitive but that was actually the most comfortable for me, besides the LG hanger.

The 1st hanger would always cause my shaft to twist to the side with the bigger bottom floor. The Bibs have "teeth" that you must rest the ventral side of penis on, looks scary but it's fine. hanger 2.0 I could never get to actually grab and would just slide right up to head so that it was resting behind head. The first one grabbed but it was a closer clone to the bib. I got injury from one time my penis twisting in the first one and left my dick numb for months afterwards. I lost a girlfriend to it.

For comfort go vacuum (whether that's silistretcher or LG, I'll get my silistretcher this week to compare) or give the bib hardcore a try.

I look forward to your comparison it’s going to be a great one. I also hope that @Lightning is seeing this as it is a great head-to-head competition.

Longstretch had an unusual experience with hanger and I don't recall if he reached out to me directly or not for assistance, but I work with a lot of guys.
I did not and I wished I had maybe I could've found something to work out the kinks. Penises are shaped differently and I don't think every hanger will work for everyone. I have a slight hourglass shape to mine before the head. I couldn't get the captain wench to work and if I was stuck with the bib starter I probably would've gave up on compression hangers all together.

Yes I'm pretty excited and I'm loving the way ya'll are treating your customers and diligently trying to push the envelope.

So how does the silistretcher compare to the LG hanger?

So how does the silistretcher compare to the LG hanger?
Pros of Silistretcher
I would classify the Silistretcher as an AIO (All In One) and as such it's pretty good for what it is aimed for, better than good it's innovative and awesome! It does have some cons and I will go over those shortly. The guy from TotalMan is about to release something very similar but silistretcher with accessories, thirst for improvement and lifetime warranty will beat it I'm sure. It's a vacuum ADS, light to medium hanger (with the right sleeves and right user conditioning I'm sure it'll take up to 20 lbs and that's more than enough for most vacuum hangers to get gains) and could even be used for manual stretcher and with the siliscale you'll know how hard you're pulling, however I would mainly keep it geared towards the first 2. It's very comfortable. The silipad spreads out the vacuum, conforms to the glans and I've been getting fluid buildup around the urethra instead of more focused at urethra. There's 3 to choose from too. Back in the day we found out we needed cotton balls or makeup remover pads to accomplish this but the silipads blow that out of the water. Around the urethra is where all 3 or 4 of my blisters have formed in all of my career and was always from too much vacuum, too much weight for what I was conditioned for or improper taping.

Customer service and listening to feedback has been great with me and from what I've seen others as well.

The silicap is basically a toe cap that some vacuum hangers have sworn by but I could never get to work good for me. This one however is bigger and I can tell is made for the penis instead of the toe and being repurposed for us that hang. Also the vacuum has a tendency to pull the cap from the head and I think create a vacuum in a vacuum around the glans. To remedy this some poke pin holes in it or make a a small slit to release the second vacuum and equalize pressure while still providing protection to glans. I have brought some micropore tape (paper tape) home from work and will try that out today. I had some fluid buildup using silistretcher but I wore it for 2 sets of 4 hours each at around 1 to 2 pounds yesterday with the silicap and it was amazing.

I've tried alott of ADS's (extenders, vacuum extenders, PE weights, cock coils, vacuADS, VLC and more) and this is the only one I think I can safely wear on my feet all day at work as a nurse at 12 to 14 hours a day. The only other 2 I'd recommend are the PE weights (can use golf weights as Monty is MIA) or VLC tugger. However there is a slight chance they might come off. Not so with silistretcher.

The durosleeves are very tough and I can tell will resist punctures or tears very well. They do permanently stretch out after repeated use but to maybe 10% bigger but then resist further stretching out. There's not a sleeve on the market that doesn't do this. These things are comparable to LG Sleeves but I do think LG's are slightly better as they don't stretch out as much, come in 8 inch sleeves so you can cut maybe 2 or even 3 sleeves out of one, however they are more expensive.

Cons of Silistretcher 2.0
I didn't own the first iteration but there are still some cons to consider.

To truly do heavier vacuum hanging it's important to know exactly what kind of vacuum levels you're sitting at, especially so you can gauge how well your penis is conditioned to current ones before upping it. Adding weight usually will increase the vacuum in the chamber and it's important to know how much, especially in weights over I'd say 12 lbs. Also helps in gauging how well you are already conditioned and for how much vacuum.

The piston system does amazingly well for adding vacuum stealthily. For an AIO and especially ADS you will want this without having to worry about pumps, tubes or plugging holes to create suction. However the knob can easily be turned by pants, the leg or just attaching weight and if the weight rotates. This can lead to a slight increase or decrease in vacuum when the user wasn't intending it to. This will essentially push or pull the penis and can lead to improper pulling, increased fluid buildup or even the bane of all vacuum hangers, the formation of a blister! This and the following con is the biggest thing against the Silistretcher.

Also the piston takes up valuable real estate in the chamber. A key point that makes the LG the best vacuum hanger on the market is the deep dome (chamber). It means more "grip" on the penis, a better pull and less chance of a blister as some of the pull is transferred to the shaft. I pull the piston all the way up and then rotate down 2 full turns to get as much of my glans and shaft into the chamber as possible.

Also the strap that you attach to the silistretcher then the belt will sometimes slide away from where you set it, the buckle will slide and then tension will be reduced. I think an easy fix would to be to use a safety pin behind the buckle of where you want it that way there will be no sliding, and one can even increase tension slightly every so often, which in my opinion would be preferred.

Pros and Cons of LG Hanger
The LG is custom made. You provide your measurements and your dome, a solid piece of acrylic is machined out to fit you. It's pretty unbreakable you won't hear of it cracking. The sleeves are the best on the market. The user can add and monitor vacuum levels. Their customer service is excellent. They've been on the market and have withstood the test of time.

The LG is more expensive however. I wouldn't dream of using it as an ADS. It was built like a tank to hang and that's that's the only thing it excels at, and excel it does. If you grow there is a possibility of growing out of the dome. It's $35 as far as I know to have it sent in and lathed some more to fit new measurements. The sleeves, while slightly better designed are more expensive.

Both are heavy contenders. One could get the silistretcher get accustomed to vacuum hanging, use it as an ADS and have all the accessories and warranty to last the rest of their career. As it stands currently if you then proceeded to up weight past maybe 10 to 12 lbs I would grab the LG Hanger. Whatever one chooses buy the silipads!

I hope that adequately conveys my utmost admiration for the silistretcher and where I see it's limitations are. I really wish these were around years ago. I'd be at my goal and long gone by now if so.

So what I understood from your post is this - for heavy hanging 12lb+ LG is the way to go but it can't be used as an ADS, While on the other hand Silistretcher is a bit more comfy, can be used as an ADS but doesn't do well with heavy hanging. I am currently hanging at 7kg using the hanger and looking to increase the weight, so does this mean Silistretcher would do a poor job handling a weight of about 7kg+?

Comparing a compression hanger with a vacuum hanger is a little harder. 7 kg for 3 x 20 min sets with a hanger will give you a different kind of fatigue then one set of 7kg x 60 min, even 5 kg x 60 min may give you more fatigue, especially if you add heat. I'm not saying it'll do a poor job, that's to say if you could tolerate it. I'm saying it won't do as good a job as the LG hanger and you won't be able to properly monitor the vacuum levels. Hanging for weight is one thing, hanging for gains is another. I've made it up to 20 lbs with both a compression hanger and the LG, but I've made most of my gains at around 8 to 12 lbs.

I think you need to try it with a new Duro sleeves as you can handle much more weight then with the original sili sleeve. Did you receive a blue or clear sleeve? With Duro sleeves you can take on much more weight. Thanks for the awesome review, @Lightning will enjoy your review and feedback too.

I have the durosleeve. I didn't mean it couldn't handle the weight as I was able to get 20 lbs of tension, though I'm not conditioned for that nor was I taped so I didn't stay there. I was just mentioning the piston knob turning if the weight stack turned or if it rubbed against leg and that the inability to measure vacuum levels could be a concern.

I got you! I’m looking forward to the advice of @Lightning as we are always working to improve on our product line and it is constructive reviews that give us that info. Thanks for all your help!

All in all I'm very pleased with it DLD, ya'll did a bang up job designing it and it's definitely earned it's place in my PE arsenal
