Hmm, Which Sleeve to Choose?

For diameter, you can use the sizing guide on MOS store and same as length measuring, take a girth measurement after a good stretching session and get the diameter recommended.

Well said. Aside from the #2 and #5, DuroSleev is designed for an alternative traction/extender device. The loose DuroSleev and TheraBand to prevent glans slippage will literally act as a ninja penile extender at 1100g of traction force. Extenders and traction devices go past 1100g.
