Hey brothers,

I was wondering which sleeve would you recommend here, as there are quite a few to choose from including a few bundle varieties which is my first choice.

Furthermore, I managed to find a video demonstrating how to place it on the penis but couldn't find any videos explaining how to safely remove it afterwards.

If you look on the MOS store, there is a break down how to size them on diameter. If you have never worn a sleeve, my personal recommendation would be to go with the Silisleeve2. It's a little softer and will be easier to stretch on, less likely to constrict to much.

The sillisleeve5 is pretty thick to wear and more difficult to put on. I just got a new 8" long SS5 and trimmed the length down a little bit, but it is still pretty tight to get on.

As far as lengths to get, I would recommend getting a sleeve that is long enough to trim down to fit. Meaning if you measure after a good stretching session and from slightly pressing in to tour fat pad to just to the bottom of your glans, you get a sleeve to trim down to that size.

For diameter, you can use the sizing guide on MOS store and same as length measuring, take a girth measurement after a good stretching session and get the diameter recommended.

Well said. Aside from the #2 and #5, DuroSleev is designed for an alternative traction/extender device. The loose DuroSleev and THERABAND to prevent glans slippage will literally act as a ninja penile extender at 1100g of traction force. Extenders and traction devices go past 1100g.

Hey ManPlan86,

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely take a look at the Silisleeve2 and consider trimming down the SS5 if I decide to go with that one. Your tips on measuring length and diameter after stretching sessions are super helpful.

As for removing the sleeve, I appreciate the heads up about being gentle when sliding it off. I'll make sure to be careful so I don't run into any issues.

Appreciate your input, brother! Let me know if you have any other recommendations or experiences to share.

Thanks for the tip about the DuroSleev and THERABAND combo. I didn't know that they could be used together to create extra traction force.

It's good to know that there are different options available for those who want to take their gains to the next level.

Whichever you choose, SS2 or SS5,etc.. recommend trimming down a longer length size to get a more exact fit after you measure your stretched flaccid. You can leave even a little extra and roll it over on itself at the base to keep a little more blood restricted.

When trimming it down, use a sharp pair of scissors and make sure you do it one straight cut, otherwise it will tear. The SS2 has more give, so I roll it in to a donut shape and then can stretch it over my glans, then roll it down to base. The SS5 is to thick and I have to just do a couple folds then stretch it like hell to get it over, shaking my junk around to get it situated. Haha.

Last advice, keep your fingernails trimmed back so you dont accidentally start a small cut that will eventually tear.

Yeah, I think I'm going to just order the Silisleeve2 for now as that seems like the right one for me, thanks so much.

Also, I've already ordered a SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender extender (I went with the comfort package) prior to joining this discussion forum but hopefully that will also arrive pretty soon... I'm really looking forward to receiving it!
