Can you let me know where are you feeling the strecth the most ( liqs or tunica).
Can you set it up in a way that will work the ligaments in one workout and then just the tunica in the next workout. (Basically pointing up toward your chin and all the way down toward your feet)
What about the maximum length that this item can achieve. (can anyone measure this).
And finally how much pressure can this stretcher provide. I know that you guys will probably have a very limited amount of experience, but i just want some details before buying. Thx in adv.
