New here, somewhat new to PE.

Been researching for years, starting and stopping a few times but now I feel my schedule is consistent enough that I can really make a go of this. I have a a ton of questions still because I like to be so specific, will be editing this and checking out everything here to try and find it on my own. First question is does a discord exist of some sort? I’m new to forum style websites as I am a millennial…and would prefer that style if it is available. If not I will work with what I got! Thanks everyone please feel free to reach out, I am starting a bathmate pump routine for the time being!

list of questions I have
1. Is edema a positive indicator, negative, or neutral? Is there a comprehensive list of indicators for various exercises including bathmate?
2. Bathmate manual says to be flaccid, and maximum 3x5 minute sets per day. How true is this?
3. I am having issues with turtling, even before I started my routine. It’s very annoying how can I prevent this? (I am also overweight wich doesn’t help)
 
Welcome to MOS. There is no discord. If I understand correctly, edema is same as having fluid retention. It happens some times when you pump. It goes away after few minutes or hours.

Ignore the bathmate instruction. If you want to make girth gains from pumping, you must be willing to do the 5x5x3 routine found in SRT.

Start losing all of that weight. As you gain in PE, the turtling will reduce but you need to always allow the penis to stay elongated at all times.

What's your current length and girth measurements?
 
The Bathmate is a great tool to start your PE journey...I have no idea why they reccommend going in flaccid, though. My best results came from entering the cylinder with the highest EQ as possible and slowly increase pressure/duration as I became more comfortable and my body was accepting more and more force (eventually modding my X40 w/the VacuVin hand pump).
With the three D's (discipline, dedication and determination) all things are possible

Thanks for the reply I appreciate it! Right around 7’ length and 4.5’ girth if I remember correctly. I’m cleaning up my diet to reduce the weight again as I gained some back after losing 40-50 lbs. I’ll find the 5x5x3 SRT. I’m guessing I shouldn’t bother pumping then until my blue chew comes in Friday?

X40 is a bathmate model correct? Maybe I should add the vacuvin to my wishlist…I am thinking about ‘semen retention’ to get the most EQ possible, although the other benefits I’m not quite convinced yet. I’m sure their recommendations are based off of legal advice basically.

Once you get your length goal sorted, you can then switch focus to girth work.

I don’t have any goals currently, although it would be nice to be able to hit 9 and then be able to get the last bathmate/other pump and be somewhat done with length work for a long time if not forever. I remember there was a specific reason I decide to do girth first but can’t remember. Side note…because of my weight and ‘fat padding’ my bpel is longer than where I reach full pumped bathmate wich is annoying so now I’m wondering if I need to go down a size in bathmate until I lose weight or gain length. I also have the bibs hanger but man is that thing sensitive and technical for those wondering about getting it.
